Community Service takes our sound in a new direction by contrasting straightforward riffing with massive blocks of guitar noise. But darkness and resignation lurk just under the surface of the catchy melody. It is a song about coming to terms with the past.
Frontman Asger Westh explains: The song is about exploring the dark, dangerous, disordered and destructive sides of my mind. Most times you can do that with little consequences, but once in a while you have to dig deep and pay for what you did, both emotionally and otherwise.
