I like the chord progression! Your voice is pretty Nice: I don't think the woman vocals were needed tho, I like your more unpolished vocals Better. In general it has a good beginning but it loses me a bit with the drop that feels a little dated. So yeah, maybe working more in the direction of the soft verses could be of help?
