Notting Hill Carnival for the first time ever has gone online for this year, due to COVID-19. It'll be available to watch with steel band, soca and dancehall performances across platforms and also on Youtube. It is the largest street party in Europe and the second largest festival in the world, with an estimated 2 million people in attendance over the 2 days.
