I wrote this when I was feeling so low. This girl that has my entire heart bounced without a word. At the time I made this I was not okay, but sometimes it's alright to not be okay. There is no law that says you have to be okay all the time. You wouldn't notice the light if you never knew night. So embrace the moments you are not okay and see them as growth periods. Take your time and deal with the pain for as long as you need to, but make sure that you reach out to the people around you for help.
