I've been following @Ladyofire aka Tanisha Jackland for almost 7 years, ever since I first became more active on SC. At that time, we were both based in Seattle and she was one of the few local people I'd discovered on here. I've always been inspired by her poetry and spoken word pieces set to music. A fab collaboration and addition to the ‘Elements’ series. The wonderful guitarist and producer, D4N4, took my track ‘Earth’ and added elements including a wonderful, soaring guitar, an e-bow, piano, some bass accents and fx to make this great track that reminds me of Massive Attack’s awesome third album, Mezzanine!
