The recordings are the views of the young people which they recorded themselves expressing their view of what happened.
This is made specifically for the staff, young people and parents of The Challenge's Greenwich Wave 5. The day before the last week, 4 of 5 senior mentors got a very quick phone call to tell them not to come back the next day because he felt that they couldn't bring the young people into completing that week in the way in which they would want. 
They were also told they didn't behave in the way The Challenge would want their staff to behave. This phone call came with no warnings and didn't tell them any specifics as to what the reasons of misbehaviours were. The young people were outraged and demanded answers and some even recorded the conversations that took place. 
The Challenge is a heavily government funded organisation that needs to be reviewed working for them highlighted a number of issues that raised concerns with staff, young people and parents.
