Sommé Farris is a DJ and multi-disciplinary artist based in London. Coming from a background in event producing and organisation, he started his nightlife career in Tel Aviv, DJing at private parties and cultivating a mixing style based on the blending of a variety of genres.

  Focusing on techno and tribal sound textures, he also incorporates middle eastern electronic music into his sets, exploring his Syrian And Iraqi Roots.

Rawting is a queer DJ and artist from London who spent his formative years on the dancefloors of London and Berlin. His deep connection to the underground has contributed to his ever-evolving eclectic sound of sexy, jacking beats, ghetto-tech, and groove-focused tracks.

Rawting’s readily recognisable mixing style and track selections emphasise his own personal longing to provide a more fun and playful approach to techno, which he aims to instill in others on and off the dancefloor.

This time we have invited hopeless romantic, a great asset to the London scene, to craft something iconic for us. Originally from Italy but now based in London, hopeless romantic started his career *just* last year after being inspired by his beloved FOLD community.

He expresses himself through an array of captivating tracks and his mixing style is strongly shaped by the underground groove, hard groove, tribal and hypnotic sounds which always aim to take dancers on a proper journey.

We are thrilled to share this absolute stomper of a Juicy Tunes installment curated by the wonderful Nakamo <3 

Nakamo's sound drifts through different worlds and eras, merging driving techno, melodic textures, and nostalgic grooves with a futuristic twist.

Nakamo started her DJ journey in 2020 across the North London party scene, crafting podcasts over lockdown for London-based techno collectives. She made her debut at award-winning artist-led space and nightclub FOLD. Since then, the recent newcomer has already made a strong name for herself, having played at well-respected events in the capital, such as HTBX, HOWL, UNFOLD as well as making her European debut at the mighty Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen earlier last year.

Known for bringing a playfully dark vibe, TEDESCO’s energetic and instinctive performances range from bouncy techno to Latin-club beats. 

Born in Venezuela and based in London since 2017, TEDESCO has established themselves as a crowd favourite in the London techno scene, as well as recently co-founding queer Latin party 2c_Perrea.

For our next Juicy Tunes we bring you a very, very special ~live recording~ of Twelve Seven’s set from an intimate TC party back in June!! And it was the most beautiful set to witness…   

Leighton Grantham aka Twelve Seven is a Manchester-based DJ and co-founder and resident of the growing collective 01366 as well as an absolute gem and positive force in our scene.

Finding his roots in the early rave scene, this exposure started his journey young and fast. Having made appearances at FOLD, ://about blank, The White Hotel, Pattern, Corsica Studios, Eastern Bloc, Club69 & more, Twelve Seven is an artist on the rise. Rolling, intricate & hypnotic rhythms are where his core sound lies however he is no stranger to taking the crowd on many different journeys, with influences spanning across the full spectrum of music.

If you’ve been lucky enough to catch a Twelve Seven set in person, you’ll understand why we are so excited about this artist and what his future holds. We can’t stop listening to this mix!! Enjoy babes xxx

Juicy Tunes 015 w/ Twelve Seven

We are so thrilled to have friend, greatly talented artist, and a much-loved person within the scene, Riva as the next guest on Tech Couture’s Juicy Tunes Mix Series <3 

Although Riva’s background originates in classical music and jazz, she fell under the spell of electronic music whilst growing up in the Middle East. From there, her taste and appreciation for music became borderless and eclectic, drawing inspiration from her British-Indian background and experiences of living in Hong Kong and South Africa. Her music does not hinge on one genre as Riva sees music as a form of storytelling and protest, and is always on the hunt for rhythms that can spread a message, unify and emancipate the listener on the dancefloor. A resident for our beloved FOLD, Silk + Steel and Refuge radio, Riva has been captivating dancers at some of the hottest parties, and we can't wait to see what's in store for her 2024.

Gassed to share our newest Juicy Tunes contribution from London’s sweetheart, The Muffin Man! 

Th Muffin Man is a fresh force to watch out for.  Already making her ADE, Intercell and RSO debut, she has become known for what she describes as “sewer grooves”, a style that blends rolling basslines, funky rhythms, and hardgrooves to create a sound that is both irresistible and oh so danceable! 

Her sets are always packed with high energy and infectious beats, leaving her audiences begging for more - and that can be felt in this absolutely banging contribution. SXC techno guaranteed! Just try and not dance to this one.  xxx

We are super excited to share our next Juicy Tunes mix from @mareikebautz with you. As soon as we heard Marieke’s high energy, positive, unique and of course SXCCC sound we knew we had to get her on the podcast series asap! 

Berlin-based DJ Mareike Bautz is known for her hard-hitting yet melodic techno sets embodying a hybrid of both 90s and contemporary vibes. Her roots lie firmly within Berlin’s underground scene, her mixing is slick and dynamic and her tracklist is full of bangers and hidden gems - she’s left no turn unturned for this submission! 

Having played at some of Berlin's most iconic clubs, we can’t wait to see where she goes. Big love and thank you for this 1 hour of pure joy! <3 XXX

A familiar face to many in the London community, Melati is a beacon of light both behind the decks, as well as behind the scenes. On top of recognition from prolific platforms such as Unfold, FLŪXO, Technomate, Para//e/, RSO, Rote Sonne and Den Anden Side, she has recently birthed her own trance-techno club night Sliver and continues to be a key member of the small team behind London’s newly-favoured intimate venue SET Vault.

Our debut premiere features the unstoppable Bailey Ibbs—a close friend of the TC family and one of the most exciting names in UK techno today. Since his first appearance with us two years ago, Bailey’s journey has been nothing short of incredible, spanning stages from Europe to Australia, with more to come.

Bailey’s vision is reshaping contemporary techno and electronic music, blending techno, breaks, and rave with his unique flair. As a DJ, producer, and head of Night Service, he’s already made his mark with releases like 2022's Volta EP and collaborations with iconic labels like KiNK, Token, Frenzy, and SLAM. In 2024, Bailey stepped up as a resident at Tresor, cementing his commitment to techno’s future while honouring its legacy.

We’re excited for Bailey to kick off this series with Tomahawk—a track that perfectly embodies his signature style. Prepare to be immersed in his visionary sound.

Still reeling from our last Tech Couture of 2024, we bring you a little treat… the live recording from Sob Story’s set with us back in September at FOLD! 

Known for their eye-wateringly euphoric sets that leave all in varying states of hysteria, Sob Story is the main collaborative project of London-based producer and DJ duo @olivergibson_ and @vile_hell.

Familiar faces within London's clandestine corners, the two have cut their teeth at many an institutional party over the past decade. In 2024 their edit of Samantha Fox's seminal classic "Touch Me" was released on Jennifer Cardini's label Correspondant, and they also make up two-thirds of the team behind the new event series "meanwhile…".

This mix is an absolute belter and sure to wash away the wintery blues and turn up the heat. We are certainly feeling nostalgic…what a beauty of a party! ❤️ xxx

We are thrilled to welcome the fabulous Raul Fournier for the 30th edition of Juicy Tunes <3 

Born and raised in Spain, Raul moved to the Netherlands in 2020 where he started getting in touch with electronic music. Since then he has been exploring techno, and recently started his own house event - Phaenna, an event series and platform aimed to inspire self-expression, freedom and unity.

His inspiration is born from personal experiences, exploration, and the vibrant energy of those around him, drawing inspiration from the rich and diverse Amsterdam scene, which he describes as uniquely kind, welcoming and self-expressive. We can feel that vibrancy and energy through this smooth, sultry and seductive mix - thank you so much for this beautiful submission xoxo

We are hyped to present our next Juicy Tunes from emerging London-based producer and DJ Command Control, with this gorgeous vinyl-only mix!

Following on from the release of his first EP Essence in 2024 - a project that fuses his penchants for Detroit, Dub, and UK Techno, with elements from all styles peppered across the release - the EP earnt a 10/10 rating in FAZE magazine and support from iconic artists including OK Williams, Tasha, Blasha & Allatt, I. Jordan, Hyperaktivist, Dave Clarke, and more.

Fresh off the plane after a short hiatus and a debut appearance at Meat Free, he’s prepared a groovy and uplifting vinyl mix of early 2000s techno records from his collection (along with a few cheeky BTS clips we absolutely love!).

A shining star and an icon of our scene, Amphia is a TC regular. With a signature style that embodies the SXC sounds we crave to provide, Amphia has appeared at just about every iconic promotion or venue in London, and is now taking on the global stage with frequent gigs in countries such as Spain and Berlin.

Tech Couture is hyped to present our next instalment of Juicy Tunes from GFX... "Groovy & Fast X" :P... a Spanish DJ and producer based in between Geneva and London.

Co-founder at Introspective Records, Strobe Culture & Groove Revival and also booking agent at le Zoo in Geneva, GFX is mostly inspired by 90's acid and 00's hardgroove, combining severe grooves, harsh baselines and paced-up sonorities, allowing him to express his emotions in a single and unique way.

Playing alongside many of the greats of our time, like Daria Kolosova, Chlär, Julian Muller, and Francois X to name a few, as well as some much loved venues and brands, his tracks have been noticed by notorious labels such as Deadline.Rec, Twice Infinity, Abstraction, Märked Amsterdam, Rave Your Soul, RI7MO and many more...
