The sequel to the infamous mathematical phenomenon, "Negative Zero" is darker, more thrilling, and far more action-packed. The idea was to combine the best elements of "Divided by Zero" with new innovative elements (including voice choirs and new uses of synths) to create something that was far more cinematic, melodic, and suspenseful. 

 Like its predecessor, "Negative Zero" revolves around similar melodic styles and orchestral influences. However, the production introduces key new ideas that take the original project a little bit further.

Negative Zero

The first release of the year and the first of twelve tracks in "The Unforgettable Journey" is a revisit to my very first production back in 2010 - "Battle Zone"! This track follows the same ideas and melodies in the original production, but it combines a bunch of my 2010 ideas together into one.

I'm very happy with how it turned out, and I hope you are too! I was aiming for something that was both nostalgic and upbeat, and I think I've achieved both goals.

A cinematic blend of electronic rock and drum n bass, "Year of the Exodus" combines all elements of action together in a piece that explodes with sound.

Originally conceived in early 2013, this project has long been on the agenda and was originally planned to be on last year's album, "Dawn of Orchestral Ends." However, because of how different it is from the rest of the album, I figured it would be best-suited as an individual release. The serious vibe of the sound doesn't exactly match well with the colorful atmosphere of "Dawn of Orchestral Ends", I don't think.

Just a little history for you. I had a lot of fun with this project, and I hope you do too!

Year Of The Exodus

The idea was to create two productions that each had the same intro and outro, while making everything in-between completely disparate between both versions of the track. And that, I think, has been accomplished!

This is the second version of the track, which takes a more electronic and cinematic approach. It was the first iteration completed of the two, and features many elements similar to a track I wrote last year, titled "Enterprise."

"The Sky is the Limit" - the ultimate combination of cinematic orchestra and modern electro, attempting to break the barrier of musical boundaries and show that the sky really is the limit. :)

I personally think this is the best track I've made so far this year. I hope you enjoy it too.
