Hello to all!!!! Welcome to the one hundredth and Forty sixth relocked podcast on fnoob techno radio. This is our 4-weekly techno radio show which will be broadcast on Monday 12 pm to 2 pm GMT.

For today’s show, we will have this showcase presenting Dimitar Grozev from Sofia Bulgaria.  You have heard him playing out at the local circuit and the various podcasts that he has shared his music. @manuabeca is an Argentinian-born, Berlin-based artist. His sets explore the space between hypnotic techno, deep melodic rhythms, and emotional intensity.

This particular mix was recorded live in Japan, during a reflective trip through Asia. It includes manu's unreleased material produced along the way and captures a moment of emotional clarity. manu abeca’s sound reflects both his sensibility as a producer and his instinct as a selector. The set is shaped by the solitude and movement of the journey.

manu recently released his first vinyl EP Eudaimonia on RAUM Records, which has already been supported by key artists in the scene including MARRØN, Claudio PRC, and Rene Wise, and he is currently working on several upcoming releases.

His productions focus on a meticulous approach to sound design, and he has released music on labels like Newrhythmic, Illegal Alien, Diffuse Reality, Incense, and Loopaina, where he recently launched a vinyl in collaboration with Lakej.
 
Specializing in dark and hypnotic techno sets, Biorc is known for blending the mental with the physical, presenting long mixes and precise equalization.

SPOKEN104 - Giri

Up next in the series we have Giri, the Neapolitan DJ and producer who discovered electronic music composition at a very young age through a video game: Music 2000. From that moment on, he simultaneously pursued his passion for synthesizers, sound design, DJing, and vinyl collecting.

The artist has a natural inclination towards the darker and more industrial frontiers, such as the second wave of Detroit and ’90s/2000s UK techno. These influences shaped his distinctive deep sound, built on complex, intricate structures and driven by a powerful groove and rhythmic intensity.

In 2019, the first EPs under the name Giri were released by Evod, Awry, and Prophet, and in 2020, he founded his own label, Antiterra Records. A year later, in July 2021, he released his first concept album, Antichthon, a 19-track project, on the label that had influenced him the most over the years: Jeff Mills’ Axis Records, as part of The Escape Velocity project.

Giri caught our ears with his ominous and sci-fi-inspired releases on labels such as No Signal, Immaterial.Archives, Molecular, and many more. His hypnotic percussion and eerie synths give you the urge to lock in and drift away.

For this mix, he went for ballsy rhythms with an intimate edge. From meticulously crafted layering that transports you far away, to broken patterns that feel like industrial machinery engineered to make you move.

Bio:

Vivi is known for her hypnotic, raw and dark take on techno. Her sound blends elements of abstract broken beats and textured rhythms, creating sets that are both mentally immersive and physically unrelenting. Inspired by the early roots of techno and a teenage love affair with bloghaus and electronica, Vivi’s selections are driven by deep digging and a respect for the underground’s past and present.

Dilemma Podcast 157 König from Leed (United Kingdom). Obsessively looking to find ways to create a cerebral connection between human and sound. KÖNIG’s productions mainly focus on hard, dark, driving techno made and performed live on various hardware as well as various DAWs and controllers.
Expect relentless, dark, industrial machine noise combined with orchestral, otherwordly soundscapes. Man and machine exploring the organic, evolving creation of sound live and in the moment. Drawing upon an eclectic range of musical influences, productions, live performances and Dj sets aim to take the listener on a journey and create that connection.
Hugely influenced by the Birmingham techno sound and the legendary club the Orbit. Artists like Surgeon, Regis, Luke Slater, Ben Sims and Dave Clarke have been a constant benchmark and source of inspiration.
A second hand Korg ES1 sampler was to start a never ending obsession with hardware music production and a life long lesson in electronics, circuit design and sound creation. Utilising analogue and digital machines, hardware and software and anything at his disposal in the eternal quest for sonic perfection.
Fnoob techno resident with Eleven Eleven the hardware techno show. Particular highlights include fulfilling a dream of playing for the legendary Leeds club night the Orbit at the Wire a year before it closed its doors, and DJing alongside many incredible artists such as Ben Sims, Mark Broom, Mike Humphries, DKult, Nuno Clam and Mal Hombre.
Curating Eleven Eleven an already successful new musical experience and club night in Leeds with a growing cult following.
With releases on 3Moon records and Portuguese label #thatechno records and many more to come on his own forthcoming imprint Eleven Eleven Recordings.

He has a long recording career of more than 10 years releasing on labels such as Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Kazerne (Mord); Faut Section, Aine - Polegroup, Planet Rhythm, Soma, Edit Select and Children of Tomorrow. He's active as dj since more than 20 years, playing in relevant booths such as Tresor (Germany), The Glasgow School of Art (Scotland), Razzmatazz (Spain), Fabrik (Spain), Moderna Club (Colombia) Techno Tuesday (Holland) and many more.
