Revenant is the title track from BLKSMITH's upcoming debut 4 track EP 'Revenant' out 12.12. Deep, shadowed industrial techno driven by propulsive percussion and hypnotic rhythmic structures. Serpentine synth sequences simmer with current, while cavernous low-end pressure chugs through an eerie tonal haze, rising with slow burning tension. A dancefloor séance, a summoning. This is techno channeled from the subconscious, sharpened in darkness, carried by groove.  Raw, deep, driving, and industrial techno rooted in groove, steeped in mysticism, and forged in the underground, BLKSMITH is the new techno alias of Clark Smith from DYNOHUNTER.

Agile Recordings welcomes a collaboration between two of the imprints favourite acts Loco & Jam and Gaston Zani. Teaming up for the first time, the guys have combined their individual styles into a peak time hybrid of fist pumping techno. Officially making their debut collaboration with this three track EP, both Loco & Jam and Gaston Zani are both successful solo acts, and their originals are joined by a fantastic remix by Uto Karem who is an iconic artist from the Italian club scene with releases on other labels ranging from Plus 8 to SCI+TEC. Loco & Jam last featured on Agile Recordings when they contributed to the labels landmark 100th release, but the Northern Irish duo have also featured on other high-profile imprints such as Tronic, Terminal M, Suara and Octopus. Gaston Zani has featured many solo EP’s on Agile Recordings adding the label to his impressive back catalogue that also includes the likes of Intec, AnalyticTrail, Set About and Phobiq. “Enter The World” opens the release with a stomping groove and seductive chord stabs, before “Absolute Chaos” tears the roof off with it’s thundering kick drum and ominous atmosphere. Closing the release is Uto Karem’s rework of “Enter The World” which transforms the track with powerful euphoria and added intensity.

Following the internationally celebrated release of their debut album The Signs Within in 2017, burgeoning Japanese techno duo Drunken Kong look to kick off a brand new decade in emphatic fashion, with the release of their eagerly-anticipated sophomore long player, Where We Start.

Out now via Christian Smith's esteemed Tronic Music imprint, Where We Start marks the second full-length opus from the Tokyo-based outfit, whose impressive catalogue of unique techno productions have also been homed by the likes of Terminal M, Octopus Recordings, Stil Vor Talent and Session Womb to name a few.

Featuring a total of sixteen diverse cuts, including thirteen brand new Drunken Kong originals, two recent collaborations with Mainz-based outfit Teenage Mutants and one exclusive new collab with Tronic head honcho Christian Smith, Where We Start is Drunken Kong's most extensive body of work to date, and goes a long way in showcasing the inexhaustible creativity of one of the most prolific double acts in techno right now. 'Our new album, 'Where We Start' was built around an idea and inspiration that came from our new stage in life, which was parenting.
