Very excited about the release of our fourth reference. We welcome Kiri, who debuts on our label with his second EP called "Gateway to Hell". The Austrian producer already showed his weapons in his first release on the amazing Kurnugû label and now offers us in this new EP 4 tracks full of personality and power including a collaboration with Parasite. Grumpy Halftime/Jungle wrapped with corrosive percussion, sinister bass and apocalyptic atmospheres. Kiri promises to make us vibrate a lot with his Drum & Bass, welcome to his dark hell. Friske turns in two thugged out weapons for UVB-76’s delinquent sister label DROOGS. Normally his releases showcase his mastery of the light and dark duality of Drum & Bass with a sensei’s precision, but for DROOGS he reminds everyone that to be adept in the Yin, you need to be an accomplished champion of the Yang.

The 303 acid rhythm of “Eyes Open” slithers through the smokey underworld, a measured and methodical killer that squeezes the listener tighter and tighter in its grasp

“Violator” goes full Rufige with broken side steps and gooned up stabs setting up speaker knocking thuds and miscreant B Boy atmosphere.

We kick-off the week with new music from UK don Russ Brooker who features on Galway-based imprint, Rua Sound. We premiere ‘Breathe’, an infectious symphony of jazz-licked percussive grooves accompanied by intrinsic synth hook that sounds like it was recorded deep in the amazon.

Next up on Galway label and party, Rua Sound is Russ Brooker. The enigmatic UK producer has been working in the shadows, but as his discography builds, so does the hype that surrounds him, which has swiftly made him the name on everybody’s lips.

Russ Brooker’s debut on the Irish imprint see’s him channel deep and techy jungle vibes as he supplies a kaleidoscopic three-track offering, pulling all the rights strings in all the right places. The UK producer drifts through heavy rolling amens, into cosmic jungle euphoria and laid-back funk-laced grooves.

“Breathe” closes out the EP by dropping the tempo to the sizzling to the 140 range with earthy rolling percussion, celestial atmospherics and the kind of studious and deliberate polyrhythmic funk wizardry that most producers don’t cook up in a lifetime of releases, never mind on their honest-to-god-damn debut.
