We are very excited to present Connor Wall's track "Inedible Mono" upcoming on Selfness' vinyl EP release due out on the 23rd of September.

Naarm/Melbourne based DJ/Producer Connor Wall is set to deepen his already impressive discography through the release of ‘Inedible Mono’ through Mulubinba/Newcastle based label, Selfness. The track, which features on the 4-track VA compilation ‘Bosman’, continues to showcase the label’s excitement for the Australian scene, and takes influences from late 90s, early 00s relentless grooves, intense laying, and appreciation for looped development whilst incorporating hypnotic pads and fast-paced percussive elements. 

The release was curated with the human rights injustices and ethical issues surrounding the 2022 Qatar World Cup in mind, and as such, a % of the profits of the digital sales will be donated to Mirgant-Rights.org who work for the advocacy of migrant workers, including those in the Middle East.

SCI+TEC continues its legacy of showcasing cutting-edge techno with Formula VI, the latest installment in the label's revered sampler series. This four-track compilation brings together an international roster of producers, each channeling profound personal experiences into peak-time techno that resonates far beyond the dancefloor.

Dreamy and ethereal, "Take Me Back" exists in shades of blue. Barcelona-based producer Emil Andersen crafted this track while developing material for his live performances, and that organic approach is embedded in its DNA. Rather than programming everything digitally, many elements were played live on drum pads, introducing human imperfections that give the groove its distinctive feel. These subtle variations and organic touches create an emotional depth that connects the precision of electronic production with the warmth of live performance, reflecting Emil's dual identity as both drummer and producer.
