Altar Records is proud to offer MK Ultra "UltraWaves" to the light of day!

DJ Jeff Mk Ultra is known to be one of the first goa-trance pioneers in France and Canada. His energy on the dance-floors all over the world while playing his sets is still legendary until now.
Trance is part of his mind and he naturally knows how to share a trance state music experience.
He released many records back in the days, starting in 1994 with "Escape From Anywhere" on Step 2 House Records, wrote legendary goa-trance anthems with Virtuart under the moniker Underhead, released on Coyote Records, AUM Records, etc. 

DJ St Pierre was also in Paris at the birth of the goa-trance scene and they played together many times at so many parties and festivals. St Pierre is now a mastering engineer and sound designer.

He met with DJ Zen (aka Astral Waves) in 1997 in Canada and since then their career path followed each other.
It's in between two lock-downs at the beginning of 2021 that they decided to make some music together, starting at Jeff's Yoga Studio in Paris and finalized at distance, thanks to internet.
After a few months this album was born from Mk ULTRA main arrangements and compositions and Astral WAVES concept in rhythm. So they naturally named themselves "Ultra Waves".
