We’ve been absolutely chomping at the bit to share our Fusion Festival set recording. This night was pure magic, the craziest experience of our lives. We fed off the energy of the crowd and they weren’t short on giving it to us.

Since our little Fusion seshwa we’ve had a fair chunk of people who attended reach out asking us where the fuck the recording is?? Well here it is! Wrap your bloody listening gear around it and enjoy legends.

Also to everyone who’s sent us messages thanking us for the set, we absolutely froth you for your messages, for dancing and for the motivation to keep doing what we love - it means a lot. Love you all ❤️

The fastest way I thought I could express my appreciation for your support in helping keeping my Soundcloud active is by recording a fresh set. So here it is ! This set is pure tech - no progressive. Consisting of two parts split 30 mins each, the first part is centered around deep tech and the 2nd half more on big room tech tunes of 'techno comme on l'aime' for my mauritian friends. In my humble opinion this recorded set is a good one for your pre-parties or for your late afters. I am grateful for you all, and this one is for YOU ! Para Ti ! Happy New Year !

Better late than never - here's my recording for the October Habitat last year! This was a closing psytech (with a little dark prog at the end) set 3-5am after @lewis-music-sa. Having opened for him earlier in the year at Echo (https://soundcloud.com/deacon_za/echo-valley-of-dreams-sat-night-26-march-2022) it was nice to flip things around and it allowed me to dive into the darker side of my collection. Taking over from his high energy sound was a fun challenge. It was also one of the biggest (and best crowds) I've played to - which all resulted in probably my favourite psychedelic techno progression thus far. Hope you guys enjoy it!

A recording of the set I played for DREAMERS by LaIsla to celebrate Music Day 2023. The set starts out with some 117bpm deep melodic tech & finishes around 123 bpm with melodic progressive tech. Focusing on the feel good factor, harmonies, melodies, rhythm & groove, I curated this playlist by exploring some music from South Africa, Israel & Europe amongst others, and including a few tracks from my all time favorite progressive & melodic producers. And finishing with a local touch by yours truly (playlist below).

I've always loved La Isla events. They always bring me joy, not only through the great musical experiences but also through the quality of conversations you can have with people. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to play a set for them.
