Kicking of this new series by TECHLAB, a Budapest-based, mass-hypnotizing electronic music collective, is KOMET99. Komet99 is a trance producer based in Oslo. With releases on labels such as Flux Collective, Techlab, VEHEMENCE and more, he is currently making waves with a steady flow of new releases. By combining fast trance sounds with melancholic atmospheres, he creates a captivating sound with a nostalgic feeling and high energy. Techlab brings you EGREGORE in this episode. This DJ set titled "Standing at the Crossroad" contains mostly tracks from recent releases, with the intention to showcase a newly born intersection between different sub-genres of underground dance music, using the aesthetic of psy trance while borrowing rhythms from Techno, Tribe, Tek and Trance.  Showcasing the sound of AWHM over the passed 18 months, this DJ set is comprised of 100% self produced and collaborative productions, both released and unreleased. Born and raised away from the metropolitan environment, AWHM originated from the Australian capital of Canberra - before embarking on a permanent migration to Berlin in 2019 where he has embraced the opportunity to refine his sonic direction. A dedicated consumer and creator of trance music, AWHM’s production style draws clear influence from old school goa, psytrance, jungle breaks, and tekno, most easily recognised by his ability to combine driving basslines, hypnotic rhythms, and scattered percussions to transport audiences through uncharted psychedelic realms of fast trance music. Evolutionary by nature, he’s managed to leverage extensive experiences that led to a self-taught studio process which now stands out in one of the more niche corners of electronic music.

Teclab.bp presents KAYTSENG. Having moved from Taiwan to Australia some years ago, Kay quickly established herself as one of Naarm’s (Melbourne’s) most respected purveyors of dark, gritty electronic music. Whether delivering earth-shaking techno or driving, emotive trance, she built a well-deserved reputation in a scene eager to catch her performances—whether at packed clubs or the city’s signature underground raves.  Kay has supported notable artists such as Mama Snake, Schacke, Neri J, Blue Hour, and DJ Spit. Her skill and dedication behind the decks earned her landmark mix invitations from industry leaders like Boiler Room and CRUDE Berlin before she relocated to Amsterdam in 2023.  That year marked a major step up for Kay, as she made her SÄULE (Berghain) debut with CRUDE Berlin—delivering a performance that instantly secured her an ongoing residency with the Berlin label.
