In mid-June, Rebel Beach comes to life once again with TECHLAKE, techlab.bp’s summer-opening event, which for the first time will take place over two days and on two stages. The lakeside location near Martonvásár — just 20 minutes from Budapest — offers a nature-rich environment with shady trees, birdsong, and the soothing presence of water, providing a cool escape during the first truly intense weekend of summer. We're preparing a fluid stage system, a camping-friendly vibe, and the signature techlab.bp sound.

Szegedi Fanni (Gingershot) underground elektronikus zenei közegekben mozgott mindig is. Trap/hiphop/slam vonalon belül már kísérletezett évekig szövegíróként, míg végül 2018-ban ismerkedett meg a budapesti techno és goa/trance bulikkal. Ízlését kezdetekben nagyban formálták a titokzatos illegálok és a műfajokban sosem szűkölködött Lärm. Segítséget, képzést és inspirációt közvetlen környezetében talált, a legtöbbet And/ortól és az In Silence-től tanult a dj-zésről. 2021-ben zenélt először közönség előtt, de 2022 óta fordul elő sűrűbben a fellépők között. A Szimpla Kert, a Fabrika állandó meghívottja, hallható volt az Aetherben, a szegedi Sunderben, más vidéki városokban, de kiállításmegnyitón, tudományos-ismeretterjesztő projektmunkán belül és filmfesztiválon is zenélt már. A szcéna iránt megfigyelői oldalról is érdeklődik, interjúkat készít, beszámolókat, tanulmányokat publikál, elméleti kutatásokat is folytat, az ELTE Esztétika mesterképzésének szakdolgozati terve a kísérleti elektronikus zenét és a műfajokat helyezi fókuszba. Jelenleg a Primate.hu Kindergarten sorozatának rezidense és a Funkful Records tagja. Az elmúlt egy évben megannyi remek lehetőséggel volt szerencséje élni: meghívást kapott a madridi Symbole Community guest mix sorozatába olyan nevek mellett, mint Benza vagy Alberto Tolo; bxrnadetth-tel együtt Berlinben a Gabber Industries Berlin x Burenhinder x HARDCODE eseményén Flucc és Cøunts után vették át a pultot; nem utolsósorban meghatározó élmény volt számára, hogy a KamaRave és a Dialect közös kőbányai buliján zenélhetett. Idén nyáron az Inota fesztivál mindkét felvonásának line-upján helyet kapott. Szelekciójával a holisztikus szemléletet képviseli, azaz az elektronikus zene egészére koncentrál, a kezdetig visszanyúló hangzástól a legújabb trendekig, a lassú és tempós ütemekre egyaránt, a könnyen fogyasztható és nehezen emészthető műfajokkal együtt, kis és nagy kiadók, hazai és külföldi előadók kiadványai között böngészve. A nyitottságot, az érdeklődést és a kíváncsiságot tartja a leghatékonyabb forrásnak a motivációhoz, hogy az egymásnak ellentmondó elvárásokkal és a kompetitív hangokkal szemben egyénileg, szabadon fejezhesse ki, hogy őszintén mit jelent számára a zajzene mint kultúra, művészet és közösség.

Külön érdekesség, hogy ez a felvétel a Celluloidra revolverrel c. kísérleti filmfesztiválon készült, Esztergomban 2024. augusztus 29-én.
