Having supported Nina Kraviz and Rødhåd, Cloudy is quickly building on her daringly unique skill set that is sweeping through the underground scene in her two bases in Taiwan and Australia. With her work as a DJ, Musician, radio host and label head of HER 他 and SPEED速度 she strives for equality through a unison of all people and hard and fast genres. This feels familiar in every turn of her TM8 podcast as she yields her party-making powers with striking effect.

We are happy to have Bittercaress from Montreal for our IOD podcast series. Her sharp selection reveals a marked taste for heavy bass and uncompromising beats. Her style is best  described as ravy and highly energetic as she draws her inspiration from old school techno, mixing ravy and  trancy atmospheres with raw and industrial energies. The artist gets highly creative behind the decks with her openness to other genres and her appetite for risks when comes the time to play unexpected guilty pleasures. BitterCaress definitely knows how to make people dance and will slay any dancefloors. 
Since the end of 2020, she is now managing her brand-new solo project called MFC Records. A label established as a way to support newcomers, fresh talents and already established artists from all over the world who would like to support a cause. All proceeds from the releases are going to carefully chosen non-for-profit organizations.

An emerging talent of prominence hailing from Mexico, Lokier, as a DJ & producer is cutting a stream into the estuaries of industrial, EBM and electro affixed with minimal wave, Italo disco and its denounced varieties. While running the gamut of Berlin’s underground, from off-location raves to Panorama Bar klubnacht sets courtesy of Mannequin Records, her breech into the European circuit.
Having sets marked down in Den Hague, Kaiku Club Finland, New York’s Good Room and Rex in Paris, Lokier’s diversity in style throws down an array of dramatic soundtrack moves for the dancefloor, weirdo synth, and power electronics.
With a production front now hitting its stride following a debut record for Rotterdam’s Pinkman, her early associations came through Les Disques de la Mort, London’s Throne of Blood (as She Made Monster) and Boyz Noise Rec. Presenting a high voltage kinetic between heavier body music and the intergalactic romance of disco, her tracks over the years have made their way to the edit pits of Mick Wills, Solar’s giallo horror platform Squirrels on Film, to aufnahme + wiedergabe and even UK major Skint!
Amid the regalia of gothic, disco and post-industrial music, Lokier’s plunge into the deeper esoterics of this sound only adds a fresh and inspired ethos to her work, aesthetic and vision.

Rawkorder hails from Rennes, France and is the latest new artist signing for Sonic Groove.

His debut single on the label titled “Hounds” is a skillfully woven,  crisply produced four song EP of modern day Rhythmic Noise , Industrial, EBM and Techno.

Booking agency and clothing brand, Orden, launches its first release, Excess of Signs and Meaning by Swiss musician/producer, S S S S.

Excess is the tenth release by Samuel Savenberg who is also known for his work in Die Selektion and Dillon. The record contains four tracks loosely based on material he has been using for his more club-oriented live sets in recent times. The EP contains heavy yet playfully arranged rhythmic patterns accompanied by several variations of Industrial elements.

The title Excess of Signs and Meaning can be seen as a comment on how nowadays Music and Popular culture tries to load itself with Semiotics and Statements seemingly in fear of losing importance.

The Brvtalist is delighted to premiere “Abscissus”, a word which takes its roots from Latin “abscissa” which means to cut off, or to separate.

This second track reflects upon this loss of meaning and loss of understanding about what is important and what is not. This confusion is very well represented through the irregular and deconstructed, or even fragmented patterns we hear at the beginning. So, one can wonder: if everything means something, nothing means anything.

Paulitical brings us the fourth EP on Still Distant Records. Society anxiety is an industrial based electronic music EP that branches somewhere between EBM and techno. It comes with some vocals and some samples to create strong related topics. A lot of mixed emotions were put into the EP capturing things that create anxiety, anger, and fear.

It starts off with an intro self titled track that warms up with a baseline relating to society’s cause of anxiety. It also has a EBM techno track that was added with sample from a George Carlin stand up sketch, who has always been a political hero, even as a comedian he has great truth and critics of the elite. This is called you have no choice, which can also be related to growing up in Scotland where we have no choice of what goes on in UK politics. After this, is a faster techno track that relates to the gangsters in our parliament. The EP ends with a slower post punk track that relates to trying to not give a fuck what people think

The German/Latvian post-industrial act returns to Sturm with a brand new full-length – “Onkalo”. The sound of IRKLIS is based in the tradition of electro-industrial and minimal EBM, and is largely affected by the vintage synths and gear they continue to use since the eighties. Israel is only the executioner, every nation which has armed that country in the past year is an accessory to that genocide, an accomplice, a facilitator.  We cannot talk about war crimes because when you target unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, we are talking about a massacre, like terrorists do, not a war. The people who orchestrated that massacre, in the US, the most duplicitous, followed by those of the UK, Germany, France, and probably a few lesser ones should be tried for crimes against humanity just as well as Netanyahu and his cabinet, because it has been going on for two years, generously reported by media of all kinds, so the enablers knew exactly how the arms were to be used, as a tool for revenge, domination, and humiliation of the Palestinian people.  The conflict has ceased to be about the defense of anything for months.

The parties responsible have made a mockery of decency, morals, fairness, proportion, or justice, not to mention empathy.  Of what little there was, these concepts will be a lot longer to come back than they were to be struck down.

Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.
