Sonic The Hedgehog Re-Imagined (Game Gear/Master System) - Scrap Brain Zone

Christian Whitehead, lead dev of Sonic Mania, shared on Bluesky a scrapped 2.5D Classic Sonic prototype made sometime after Sonic Mania.

It featured Kanga Clanga, a badnik first planned for an outback themed zone before debuting in Sonic Superstars’ Pinball Carnival.

This is Tee Lopes' track for it before getting taken down.
