Solid Grooves drop their latest Summer Sampler to close August as Michael Bibi and PAWSA invite a selection of the scene’s finest to deliver the label’s 2021 instalment.

An annual fixture in the calendar for many, Solid Grooves’ summer Various Artist offering welcomes a project showcasing a UK label at the forefront of the scene. Having recently returned as a family across sold out shows in London and Bristol, late August welcomes this year’s highly-anticipated drop from a wealth of SG favourites and close friends.

Offering up a combination of up-front and more minimal-leaning productions, co-founders Michael Bibi and PAWSA step out alongside residents Bassel Darwish, Blackchild (ITA), Eddy M, Ramin Rezaie and Reelow, plus 2021 guests Carloh, Detlef and Wheats, to deliver a ten track package you won’t want to sleep on.

UK based DJ and producer, Felixo, makes his debut on Pirate Copy's Kaluki Musik this summer with his brand new, 'Stand Up' EP. Best known for his impressively self-taught underground production skills and captivating artistic performances, Félixo, is definitely one to watch out for in 2022. Garnering support from the likes of Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, Dennis Cruz and Seb Zito, Félixo has already appeared on an impressive list of labels, with tracks being signed to Innocent, Andhera and Whoyostro's sister imprint, MIAW. Pushing an inspiringly creative message with his work, Felixo's refreshing approach to music production aims to break the mould. The 'Stand Up' EP offers pulsating basslines, heavyweight House percussion, dubbed out vocal licks, punchy drums and powerful energetic grooves throughout.

Solid Grooves reveals the fourth instalment of its 'Raw Grooves' series as Carloh, CHKLTE and Shokë return alongside a wealth of new names including Francis De Simone and Inavo.

Launched as a home for impactful club-focused productions, Solid Grooves' sister imprint Solid Grooves Raw has released some of the collective's biggest go-to anthems of late, with artists such as Josh Butler, Ramin Rezaie, Beltran, JUST2 and Antss dropping heat on the label.

Usually an annual fixture in the calendar, 2022 becomes the first year to see two VA offerings on the imprint as the UK favourites return with the fourth volume of 'Raw Grooves', locked and loaded with both returning and fresh talent. Stepping things up again, the fourth in the series sees returning trio Carloh, CHKLTE, and Shokë drop fresh material while unveiling impressive label debuts from emerging names in Elijah Wolfe, Francis De Simone, Inavo, Kidoo, Havoc & Lawn and Dot N Life.
