Daniel Orpi's very excited to share his mixtape of edits from some tracks that have been inspirational to him throughout his journey so far. He started making these edits last year during the pandemic.

The intro was inspired from a documentary he saw which made him question all the system we live in, especially seeing all the manipulation that has been going on during the last year.

The first tracks on the mixtape are a selection of some of his favourite RnB songs he listens to. Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Goldlink.. all of these guys are his favourite artists and people he always looked up to.

'Tango Del Pecado' is a flip from a latin song from the 90's/2000's. Given his Spanish routes Orpi always identified himself to this track and felt it would be ideal to also make a edit of this record which played a great part during his youth.

The rest of the tracks are flips from more open genres like Whitney Houston's 'So Emotional', Bobby Lewis' 'Tossin' &
Turnin'' and more.

As every October over Amsterdam it's time for business meetings, chit chats and music. That's why we proudly present our firm bet for this ADE Sampler 2019. Combining new faces among usual suspects in this VA you can find six tracks meticulously picked by our team with the only porpouse of bringing some heat to the crowd. 'Balcony' sets the starting point of this compilation. This track marks the return of the colombian DJ and producer Julian Collazos among Natalia Paris with a latin infused composition. Next up, another welcome back to another latin talent that is Andre Salmon. He teamed up Dave Sanz in the production and James Long on vocal duties to make a catchy track repeating the last four days of the week in spanish. As third track we find a great collab between False Identity & Mescal Kids named 'Know This'. This is a heavyweight composition with nice percussion movements that gives an extra to the hip-hop voice lead. 'Dustermen' is the track of the new Hot Creations face Jholeyson, and HØLDUP. They made a fantastic cut with tight drums and a strong bassline. As fifth track, our beloved Jairo Delli shows his great talent in cooking peak time bangers with 'Bass This' and last but not least, Franco BA and Rone White shows their studio skills with the great 'Fevral'. 'ADE Sampler 2019' drops on Roush Label on 14th October 2019.

Jamie Jones’ ever impressive Hottrax brings Italian Francesco Parente on board for a set of killer, club optimised weapons.

With previous releases on Rawthentic, CUFF, and Riva Starr’s Brock Wild, as well as garnering previous support from heavy hitters such as Loco Dice, Marco Carola, and The Martinez Brothers, Francesco’s career shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon.

‘Don’t Tell Me’ sees Francesco make an immediate statement: intense, punchy kits take front and centre, with gloopy FX, lingering synths, and the titular vocal sample swirling around the immaculately crafted track. ‘Focusrite’ melds jacking drums together with a twisted hip hop sample, constantly propelling forward with clever switches and breakdowns throughout.

‘Soy’ ups the tempo, making full use of the sparse vocals and occasional tender saxophone to deliver a versatile track that no doubt will stay in many DJ’s bags for some time to come. ‘Estoy Enamorada’ sees Francesco team up with frequent collaborator Aguilar for an undisputed bomb, marrying funky Latin-esque samples with enticing build ups and immensely satisfying drops, a surefire dancefloor killer.

Bulgarian sensation Cristiano Rosso has 'dirty beach music running through his veins'. And it's that enthusiasm that's seen him continue to impress after breaking into the scene earlier this year. His follow up to debut release 'Body Language' is more of the same rolling tech that piqued our interest to begin with. 

On remix duties, fellow Italian-Bulgarian Alessio Bianchi has the same beach music mentality and turns in a silky smooth re-rub while Alessandro Diruggiero adds some mediterranian flair for his bumpy remake.
