César Hernández (TexTek) is a Systems Engineer with postgraduate studies in marketing and administration. He is certified as a DJ by SENA with the skills to mix audible structures according to artistic techniques. Since School in 1999, he awakened a strong interest in the world of mixing, starting with the trance of the 2000s, then passing through rock and pop in the University, to get involved with Latin rhythms in 2005. During the last 10 years has specialized in mixing techno and house genres, influenced by artists such as Dubfire, Adam Beyer, Paco Osuna, Fatboy Slim, and Purple Disco Machine.

Always striving to create pleasant environments for all audiences, TexTek has characterized by analyzing the context, purpose, type of audience, and atmosphere that deserves each event or interested party. Within his experience as a DJ in the last 20 years, he has been DJ in different events such as private events, cultural events, promoting products and artists, and DJ resident in clubs (discotheques) in New Zealand and Colombia. Recently he has been involved in musical production, especially in the techno and tech-house genre.

His expertise and confidence in using hardware to create totally original tracks right before the audience's eyes creates the perfect blend of entertainment and unpredictability. Merely watching him build his live set via an impressive array of hardware including his trusty Roland MC909, Maschine Mikro, a Kaos Pad 3, Pioneer's RMX1000, the Akai APC 40 and a DJ mixer is a joy to behold. Performing with all of these instruments through Ableton has now become second nature, meaning every twist and turn is controlled effortlessly, creating a dynamic experience for all involved.
