This week we warmly welcome @facets-events co-founder and @teufelswerkaugsburg member @christoscharitidis. Greek roots, born in Koblenz and currently living in Augsburg, Germany, Christos found his musical affinity already in his earlier years. When his focus shifted to the electronic genres at some point, he knew that this was where he belongs, as soon after he got hooked on DJing which also involved developing his stylistically signature, allowing him to dive even further into his passion.

For the better part, Christos’ sound is based upon an atmospheric & deep track selection, resulting in quite trippy sets which can pick up quite a serious pace as well. Ambitiously following a “golden thread” in all his performances, Christos’ sets have received positive feedback not just at the groups home games but at many of FACETS legendary raves around the southern part of Germany alongside SNTS, Arcann and many more. Get ready for another heavy and sophisticatedly crafted ride provided by XRISTOS.

Next up we have the Parisian based Dj and producer Benales with a brilliant vinyl only mix. 

Being an avid record collector and enthusiast of Techno and House - his DJ sets and tracks combine the raw, dark and deep elements of these musical forms with a firm nod in the direction of Detroit. With releases on Sino punching him onto the international scene it was no surprise he would land further releases on labels like knotweed and Freddy K’s Key Vinyl.

@vividj is a London based DJ, originally from Northern Ireland. She has been a lover of music her whole life and started mixing techno, breakbeat and electro in 2020. Her sets mix the origins of techno with the new, contemporary sound. She pours a lot of emotions into her sets and uses them as a release, especially with these hard times. 

Vivi is a huge supporter of the underground scene, working with her partner Barnjem to showcase new artists through their platform Wake Up With Techno (@wuwt)

Heading up his own Room Trax label the young producer has slowing been making his way through the ranks with his tough yet refined and hypnotic sound. This well crafted EP is also backed with a stunning remix from the incredibly talented, Nørbak.

Title track, Divergence opens with warping baselines, tripped out synths and jacked up percussion. Slow Motion heads down a deeper more contemplative path but still packs attitude. Break Your Chains continues with the hypnotic theme but focuses firmly on power and drive. Closing out the EP, Techno’s latest rising star, Nørbak, deliver a creatively unique, broken-beat and atmospheric interpretation of title track Divergence.  with the Divergence EP.
