Darkmode est un partisan de la musique techno rythmée depuis près d'une décennie. 
S'étant fait un nom sur la scène techno, ses premières productions musicales ont attiré l'attention d'Andrew Weatherall, Radioactive Man, Regis et DJ Bone, après sa sortie initiale "The DATA EP" sur Testin Out Records.

Darkmode s'est rapidement fait un nom au fil des ans en tant que DJ, devenant le premier choix du Pick N' Mix de DJ MAG en 2006, et il a été finaliste dans la Raw Talent Selection d'IDJ Magazine en mars 2007 et décembre 2009.

Il a joué dans de nombreuses soirées, raves et festivals à travers le Royaume-Uni et l'Irlande au fil des ans, agissant comme un soutien solide pour des artistes tels que Radioactive Man, Ben Long, Phil Kieran, Marco Bailey, Ignition Technician, Bas Mooy, DJ 3000, Scan 7 et Dave Clarke.

Ses sorties musicales et son propre label, Biotech Recordings, continuent de lui apporter un soutien considérable.

He loves to experiment and mix up different music styles, which results in an unexpectedly good combination. Releases on major labels and remixes for popular artists, show Metodi‘s distinctive style and his particular focus on Techno, always aiming to convert the music to fit his own distinctive style. His productions gain support by various world known artists for some years, like: Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Ida Engberg, Marco Carola, Monika Kruse, Joris Voorn and others.

With the establishment of his own imprint Set About Music in 2016, a new home for his huge library of quality tracks was found. 

As well as being a highly respected producer he has already earned a reputation for being a formidable DJ having played all over the world and with some particularly notable sets.Metodi‘s rise over the last year has been nothing short of phenomenal!

On today's show we are pleased to present a mix sent to us by Metodi, which was recorded live at one of his gigs at the legendary Sysphos - Berlin. Enjoy!

Kaito who is recognized by the scene with his works from Transmat and Kompakt, DJ Shufflemaster who is a Japanese techno legend, Ryuji Takeuchi who performed at Awakening in Holland, Rawfila who released remix of Rober Armani's track on his label are featured.

Lisa’s journey into music began with an early introduction to techno, quickly evolving into a lifelong passion. A self-taught producer, she creates music at her own pace, driven purely by creativity and passion . Her breakthrough came when her debut EP hit the number one spot on the Beatport Hard Techno charts, earning recognition from industry legends like Ben Sims, DJ Rush, James Ruskin, A.Paul, and ANNE.

In 2021, she was invited by Ben Sims to contribute to a special various artists EP on his iconic Symbolism label, and in 2024, she returned with a solo EP on the same legendary imprint. She’s also had releases on respected labels such as Naked Lunch Records, Compound, Black Out Audio, Black Square Recordings, 3MOON Records, Unknown Territory, and many more.

As a DJ, Lisa’s passion has always been vinyl. She has warmed up for Ben Sims and performed alongside industry legends such as Player, Gez Varley (LFO), Tommy Four Seven, Mike Humphries , Dextro , David Meiser , A.Paul , Neil Landstrumm, CJ Bolland, Lady Machine, and Dave Clarke. She has also contributed to respected podcasts such as Mastertraxx and Naked Lunch Records.
