The next EP will be by the Argentinian MUNSE (@munse_ofc). In the run-up to this EP, he presents something very exceptional. A prologue called ‘Lament of a Goddess’, which emerged from his movie music production background.

The prologue dives deeper into the cinematic and orchestral aspects of the EP. It consists of an electronic classical music piece, accompanied by a short animation movie, representing the world in which the EP takes place. You will hear back certain elements of the prologue in the EP.

We're super happy to premiere another big track on Sequence Music by Dutch producer Roberto Calzetta. Here's what he had to say about this track: “I am a big fan of trancey music from back in the days (around 2000). This period inspires me a lot. That’s why I wanted to make a track with a feeling like it brings you back 20 years in time, but still with a modern twist from nowadays. The result was the title track of the EP: Life In Reverse.”

Sincopat remixed is back as every year. This time, the label has joined forces with our good friends from Hello demo to give producers from all over the world the opportunity to remix the song Tarambana by the label's Big Kahuna AFFKT.It was initially planned that only the winner's remix would be included in the release, but given the quality of the productions submitted, we finally decided to include both the winner in this case NEIR and the 4 finalists of the remix contest.5 very different remixes but all with a great personality. From Sincopat and Hello Demo we are sure of a promising future for all these artists, and if you don't believe us you just have to listen to each and every one of them.

PREMIERE: AFFKT - Tarambana (Odagled Remix) [SINCOPAT]

Infinite Depth welcomes another Dutch talent, who goes by the name of Stoac (@stoacofficial). His ‘Naked Eyes’ EP includes four tensive originals, which are pretty diverse, but with a strong characteristic use of percussion, atmospheric elements and synths. For sure he is bringing something new to the table.

The opener of the EP is titled ‘Within’ and immediately shows the tension Stoac manages to build throughout his tracks. A repeating one-shot synth goes on for almost the full arrangement and only gets interrupted once. Together with the tribal elements, it brings you into hypnosis, in which all the different background sounds coming to the front.

The title track ‘Naked Eyes’ is one of those tracks which is building towards one burst of energy. An impressive main synth is coming through more and more throughout the first part of the track, guided by a rising detuned pad. In the break the build-up towards this burst becomes very intense when a bassline crawls up to that one moment. 

After the energy of the previous track, it’s time for a key track on this EP and it’s named ‘Reaching’. The beginning is somewhat dry, but at the first drop everything turns around, from where the journey starts. This journey shows you a very emotive side of synthwork in which a pluck and piano are communicating together. At some points they are reaching each other and sometimes they are reaching a high state of emotiveness their selves.  

The final one of the EP is called ‘Terrestrial’. Stoac’s characteristic use of percussion is perfectly present in this track. A lot different panned sharp percs, hats and snares are all over the place, but its forming a great groove together with the short and growling bassline. On top of this groove a heavy detuned synth is making this track mysterious and interesting at the same time.

A very beautiful new premiere by Italian producer duo Monophase is set to release on the Sheffield, UK based label Sequence Music. The track we're premiering today is called 'In Motion' and we're absolutely in love. It's a 7 minute long melodic journey and we hope you love it as much as we do, enjoy!
