His most acclaimed releases yet ‘Dehumanized’ - including a remix from the notorious Matrixxman on Exos’s label 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘵 𝘟 - and ‘Parallel Series 7’ on the legendary 𝘔𝘰𝘵𝘦-𝘌𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘳 imprint owned by Luke Slater, drew attention from many of the most respected artists in the scene.

Connecting unexpected versatile fast-paced selections with a unique approach, they often showcase emotional ethereal tracks with a broad musical spectrum mixed with a raw edge. Serving up unpredictable selections, while remaining an obscure aptitude for genre jumping.

One of the highlight moments in his DJ journey was a performance at 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘, the event organized by techno.reykjavik, where he was sharing the decks with one of the hottest names in Poland - naked relaxing.

Co-founder of Radio Gufan (www.radiogufan.is), which is more of a meeting space and creating a community focused around electronic music rather than radio, he’s deeply invested in supporting the local scene. By creating new initiatives (such as Ambient Sunday as part of the Sequences Art Festival or building up an underground club), he constantly contributes to the growth of club culture in the capital of Iceland.

Skorri is an Icelandic producer and performer.
His debut EP, "Special Delivery," made waves upon its release, followed by a collaborative effort with DJ INRI titled "No Apologies."

In 2023, Skorri unveiled his third EP, "recent, projects vol.1," showcasing a fusion of pulsating rhythms, hypnotic melodies, and electrifying sounds melding hard-hitting beats with psychedelic textures and afro-beat influences. That same year, he dropped "Go Ahead!" on the label Multipass, which subsequently released a remix EP featuring artists such as Volruptus, Maxime Iko, Ferdinger, and Kuss.

Following a featured track on Trip Recording’s compilation album ‘hot steel 3’ in 2023, Skorri released his Trip Recordings solo debut  "randyrtsport"
Randyrtsport, named after 'dýrt sport', an icelandic saying meaning an expensive hobby, explores this theme; each track showcasing the high stakes and rich rewards of skorri's audio adventures. "randyrtsport" stands as a compelling body of work featuring 11 bangers from a producer who views his craft through the lens of lavish auditory explorations.

Giovani started performing as a DJ in 2001, under the name Switch, in Bogota, Colombia, where he played in the main bars of the capital, such as La Sala, Monitor, Arena, Barbarela, 4 Rooms, Teatron, Sub Royal and more. He obtained a couple of residencies, playing sections of house, electro, breaks, Nu School Breaks and techno in vinyl format only. Winner of one of the first dj contests in the city, Human Patern, with a style particularly based on breaks, electro and NU school breaks on vinyl. In 2004 Giovani is invited to the independent festival Bogotrax, with local and European DIs. The following year, Giovani travels to Paris, France, where he manages to play in emblematic places of the French capital such as the Rex Club, Galzart, Le Fleche Dor, Le placard headphones Festival and Le 4 sans in Bordeaux. In 2006 he arrives in New York, acquires a residency at Bar 13 in Manhattan and joins the event collective Biatchcorp, with which he does a variety of events, including the debut of Joseph Capriatti, Stephan Bodzin, Perc, Gregor Tresher artists playing for the first time in the capital of the world. In the following years Giovani continues to play in prominent New York clubs such as Cielo, Output, Sullivan Room with Stephan Bodzin and Hiro Ballroom doing warmup for a very rare appearance of Depeche Mode's Martin Gore, one of the most special moments in his career. 

The residency at Bar 13 led him to open for a varicty of artists such as Efdemin, Ambivalent, Thomas Mclchior, Brendon Moller, Luca Bachotti, Silicon Soul, MYMY, Stimming and many morc. With the Biatchcorp collective, Giovani produced his first parties at Warchouse, in the Brooklyn underground, with a special focus on Techno, a rhythm that has always had a primordial place in his playing style. It is there where he starts his facet as a promoter and event creator in NY inviting artists like Perc, Ascil Diska, Dinky, Jona, John Selway. Guido Schneider, Xpansul, Martinez and more. In 2010 Giovani founded his own event promoter Trilogy NYC www.trilogynyc.org together with visual artist and VJ. Eli-Q. With the promoter Trilogy NYC they present DIs from House to Techno in Clubs and Warehouses in Brooklyn and Manhattan. inviting artists such as, The Advent, Cari Lekebusch, Tim Green, Agent Orange, Monoloc, Dj Emerson, Markantonio, Namito, Marko Nastic, Kevin Saunderson, Luigi Madona, Tom Hades and more, The event proposals that Giovani has presented have always had the primary purpose of showing dis and local artists, opening doors and creating channels of expression through electronic music events but especially supporting South American DIs and especially Colombians, how Mao Molano, Sonico, Gerard, Gladkazuka, Savan, Federico Goes, Pernett, Paula Garcés, Pao Calderón, Camilo Serna, David Vélez, LuKas Valo, John Rengifo, Juan Jiménez, A. Kintero, Secret Raver, Memek, El Rojo, Rechulski, The House Cartel, Tavo, Ace Alvarez, Zalvador, many others.
Giovani has been an active part of the New York electronic scene since his arrival in 2006 until today.
