Schacke is a Danish Producer and DJ with hits and releases across numerous labels such as Kulør, Posh Isolation, Intrepid Skin, KAOS | OAKS and Instruments of Discipline as well as a resident at https://soundcloud.com/user-449290468  & @fastforwardproductions. Having produced electronic music over the last 8 years, Schacke’s sound has shifted between Noise, Experimental, Ambient, Techno and everything in the crevices between.

A raver at heart, Schacke admits to being a slave to the dancefloor and is going to ‘Ride till I can’t no more’. We appreciate Schacke for putting together this mix, especially at a time when here in Naarm we are currently unable to ride it out on the dancefloors.

Mess, is a forward thinking club night with a focus on women, queer and transgender artist from diverse cultural backgrounds, dedicated to the celebration of diversity
Mala Junta is considered one of Berlin’s fiercest underground queer-techno parties, with a focus on inclusivity, a concept which approaches the faster, groovier edges of old school dance music.

In this mix Hyperaktivist provides this high energy tribal energy, with a one hour trip full of both old and modern cuts, blending the realms of old school and contemporary techno and trance music.

An event that brought together a label we respect so much with our FOLD family whom we love so dearly. @ DJ TOOL stepped into our booth as midday loomed, and produced a vinyl-only masterclass, full to the brim of hard kicks, hypnotic textures and otherworldly, sonic energy.

Peachlyfe (they/them) is a hydra-sonic electronic musician that shook & seduced the Copenhagen fast-paced techno scene, claiming their seat along with the Fast Forward Agency. Peachlyfe’s productions and live-sets rebelliously weave across genres, trippy melodies cut with heavy slaps while slithering whispers in your ear sowing the dismantlement of the ‘cistem’. Their previous EP “All Tits are Real, All Money is Fake, All Hail Satan” is an ode to that anarchic-playfulness, a marvellous feat in blending rave-rush joy and queer defiance.

Armed with tireless practice, the eye for detail of the Moral Defeat label father can be heard through his two hours of music crossed with presence and confidence. With a vast gamut of inspirations, one thing is sure here: groove is king. Latent dynamism, seamless 4/4 transitions, sometimes toying with chopped vocals and deep rhythms, Schacke’s sense for music is both sweet and brainy. Until the next one, hats off to you Schacke.

Next up in the Fast Forward Audio Series, we present: Salty DJ

Berlin-based Salty DJ is an upcoming artist who‘s been making moves in the scene recently. He has a passion for classic Techno and Trance records from the 90s and early 2000s.

Together with his „Shockwerk“ crew he serves a different variation of parties based on functional club sound.

Thanks to Salty’s exceptional music taste and selection, he gained Courtesy‘s attention and played his Berghain debut for a Kulør label showcase back in the summer of 2022.

This Mix contains an adventure to a more industrial side of the early psytrance sound. Thanks to the refined and meticulous mixing, the set keeps you captivated all the way in its whirlwind of fast-paced, tight, stomping drums and sweeping bass with eerie noises, vinyl only.

The sound of Technoasis is trance-saturated fastlane speed techno spiked with a grownup dose of mesmerising acid and pitiless percussion.
