We welcome a brand-new group of artists to the label: Anatolian Weapons starts it off with a slow acid burner; Azaria follows with a hypnotic trance-y track; Ruksby picks up the tempo with an acid-infused EBM heavy-hitter; WLDV gets dark and dirty with an Industrial/EBM smasher; Kidaudra offers a high-tempo monster; Orchid delivers a fun electro-italo track; the recently formed Oblako Maranta project contributes a haunting leftfield track; and Robert E. Vilnius-based label Electric Shapes is back on our platform and this time featuring an interesting 8-track compilation gathering a multi-genre top-notch selection of international artists: Tassilo Vanhöfen, Jokios Kultūros, WLDV, Disco Mortale, Radial Gaze, Feller (SXDNS162), Wounded Planet and Konsistent form the team brought together for the EP. From Balearic and Downtempo to Cosmic Disco and Indie Dance, the release managed to amass competently an enthralling combination of styles devoted to bringing pure delight to our ears and feet.

The track we chose to premiere is a BOMB! Disco Mortale is the new alter ego of Daniel Monaco (SXDNS137/FREEDL006). The name was born due to the many releases under the moniker Daniel Monaco and the need of separating his Italo, Tropical, Dark Cosmic productions from something which can be described as obscure and acid, more EBM & New Beat-influenced. 

For “Unreleased Territory”, Daniel… erm… sorry… Disco Mortale provided “Acid Funk Planet”, a weapon of mass destruction full of acid and distortions that proves the necessity of creating a new alias to share such a different theme from what we had been used to when it comes to his previous works. And according to the man himself, “Mr Mortale will deliver only groovy obscurity with sharp basslines & drums intended to bringing chaos to the dance floor. The name speaks by itself. Expect more releases and remixes to come during this Summer, Fall and Winter 2020.”

The beetle headed man renewed the hot sun everyday before rolling it above the horizon and carrying it away through to the other world after sunset only to renew it again the next day. The third instalment from Jac The Disco's 'Spin on This' output delivers the slow chugging affair of 'Hot Like The Sun' The EP features remixes from London's Kiwi who over the years has created a sound all of his own which has gained support from the likes of DJ Harvey, DJ Tennis and Optimo to name a few. 'Magic Feet' label boss Craig Bratley also features here. Craig himself has earned himself a solid reputation as a producer and re mixer with an eclectic output on respected labels such as Future Boogie, Throne of Blood, Tsuba, Instruments Of Rapture and Claremont 56. The EP has received DJ Support from the likes of Fabrizio Mammarella, Sean Johnston (ALFOS), Severino (HMD), Silicone Soul, Jennifer Cardini and Bill Brewster.

TECHNOBETON are two people who started a corporation in Sofia, Bulgaria as a joint venture between 100% TECHNO and 100% BETON. The company aims to translate beats and basslines to concrete tracks and builds them in real scale and in 100% BETON, thus examining certain spatial and sculptural properties of contemporary Techno music. In a second conceptual loop the built concrete is being liquified to sound tracks and arranged in a loud timeline to 100% TECHNO. All together 100% TECHNO + 100% BETON react in a self-sufficient closed circuit and form the sound and vision of TECHNOBETON.

TECHNOBETON has a psychedelic shadow twin - DISCOBETON, which is responsible for softer Beton. 
TECHNOBETON is also a founding member of abstract baltech collective DIVINE DESIGN
Hassen Markov used to be once a part of TECHNOBETON, but now is a mysterious producer on his own.
