In January 2024, I decided to produce my second album. There is so much anger and hate in this world, and this album, titled "SEX WITH ENEMIES", is a message that we are all human beings and we are all one. If there is one thing that unites us all— isn´t it music?

The whole techno scene has changed so rapidly over the last three years. Techno isn’t just techno anymore; it has far more facets. The people have changed too, and now it’s important to show what the meaning of techno truly is. In my opinion: freedom, love, safety, fun, and rhythmic music!

My whole album reflects my current taste in music. I will always love dark techno with rumbling basses and the monotonous arrangements in techno tracks. But you’ll also find banging vocal tracks on it. Additionally, I’ve discovered the beauty of hypnotic, monotonous underground tracks.

Codex Recordings is a Spanish based techno label headed up by Ukranian artist Spartaque who features a remix on this new release by Germany's Thomas Hoffknecht. Also on the EP is a remix from Canadian artist D-Unity who completes this impressive package.

Thomas Hoffknecht has also contributed tracks to other heavyweight labels such as Sleaze (UK), KD RAW and Second State before making his debut on Codex Recordings.

Label owner Spartaque is an equally accomplished producer who's prestigious back catalogue includes Terminal M, Tronic and OFF Recordings for example.

D-Unity heads up the highly respected Unity Records and along with many releases on his own label has also made numerous releases on many of techno's best known labels ranging from Intec to Suara.

The twisted synths of "Robot Ride" open the EP with pulsating rhythms layered over tough percussion. Things get dark with the hypnotic melody and punishing claps of "Waves" before the remixes close things off in peak time fashion.

Mein Name ist Alisa Kreutz,
Twenty-three years,
die Liebe zu Techno entdeckte ich vor circa 3 1/2 Jahren. Meine erste Techno Party war eine Plattenbunker Veranstaltung in der Elektroküche Köln. Von da an hab ich mich komplett in die Technoszene und vor allem in den härteren Sound mitreißen lassen.
Mein Herz beginnt erst richtig an zu schlagen, bei dreckigen und dunklem 145 BPM Techno und aufwärts!
Auch bin ich für Hardtechno/Schranz und Hardcore /Uptempo und hier und da mal für Psytrance zu begeistern.

Zu meiner Einweihungssession im März 2020 hatte ich das erste mal die Möglichkeit, selbst mal hinter einem Controller zustehen. Von da an hab ich mich noch mehr in Techno verliebt.
Durch meine Freunde habe ich zu meinem 23 Geburtstag, meinen ersten eigenen Controller geschenkt bekommen.
Seit dem bekommt man mich nicht mehr davon. Ich spiele ausschließlich
150- 170 BPM.
Für mich ist das wichtigste nie den Spaß und die Liebe zu Techno zu verlieren.
Und freue mich darüber wenn ich andere für diesen Sound genau so begeistern kann. Denn Techno ist die Vision einer Gesellschaft, die einen Fick auf die Norm gibt.
Und Glück ist, wenn der Bass einsetzt.

Based in the Romanian capital of Bucharest - one of the world's main crossroads of Underground Electronica, Kiddo's take on Electronic music in general is that it represents a vast and complex journey.

One in which somebody can find himself. It requires some of the most open and out of the box minds, in order for it to be properly understood and felt.

What gives Kiddo the right to speak freely about this and to be taken seriously into consideration as a valid opinion, is a 20 years experience in listening, searching, selecting and finding the best possible electronic tracks which are the goldnuggets of electronica, ranging from low beat-rate genres such as Lo-Fi, Lounge, Budha Bar etc, to the highest beat rate genres such as Trance (in its glory days), Techno in all of it's forms and Hard-Core (taking as a reference point the legendary German compilations Schranz Total from the 2000's) and anything in between. Dub, House, Tech-House, Deep-House, Electro, DnB, Detroit Techno & the Berlin counterpart, and last but not least, the eclectic and classy sound of the formerly named genre "REM" (Romanian Electronic Music), now named officially Ro-Minimal, including Experimental Electronic Music.

Almost nothing has escaped the mind and ears of Kiddo in terms of Electronica. He has dedicated himself throughout life in promoting quality Underground Electronic Music as a whole, in front of anyone who in a short-minded thinking regarded the genre as being "repetitive and boring", by firmly insisting that they are simply missing the point and lack the necessary patience in finding the right tracks that "go with the flow", together with finding beauty in a type of music that Kiddo considers to be the only real music in this world.

This while giving credit and respect where it's due in regards to any top class band and singer from the mainstream stage, who has shown mastery in the art of composing and creating music through classical instruments and vocal. Nevertheless, given the complex train of thought and technical skills necessary for someone to engage in Electronic Music, Kiddo divides music generally in 2 categories: Electronic Music and the rest.

All of the above being stated by always remaining into the "Underground" spectrum, which many have tried to dilute and take advantage of for their own financial gain together with DJs and producers from the past who left the "Underground Community", that is NOT defined by events and gigs happening today at large scales with big audiences.

For the time being, Kiddo is not promoting himself as a DJ\Producer of any sort, and this BIO will be updated once this situation changes.
