London rave label Goddezz & staple UK club series Kyso Sound fuse their DNA coils and reveal to you the Genesis Pool. A glimpse into a world beneath ours, an ekosystem of subterranean currents and nu-life flickering in the depths. Genesis Pool is a various artists compilation comprised of eleven droplets of underground dance futurism; shimmers of grime, trance, jungle, ghetto and uk bass present a bio-sample that captures every strand of the current UK underground.

The droplet that began the discovery of the Gen Pool; ZaaZaa (also one half of Kiara Scuro) delivers an ethereal and urth-shattering opening track that fuses a grime skeleton filled with guttural pulses and crashing claps with ZaaZaa's own angelic vocals.

Žygimantas Dzikevičius aka @zygzyl5 (1/2 of @e506 crew ) comes from the urban district Pašilaičiai situated at the northern part of the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. Started his musical journey around 2007 and being influenced by old-school rave/breakbeat/hardcore sound - Žygimantas started producing dubstep & jungle tunes and djing at various illegal parties and open-airs.In late 2019`s a new mindset under alias 5ZYL was born and it didn’t take long to be noticed by Jensen Interceptor and by local talent hunters - PPP Records - where the debut "Smoke These" EP was launched. Now Žygimantas has releases on labels like - International Chrome / Meta Moto / PPP / Shubzin / Crazed Behaviour / SOIL Records / WhyPeopleDance/ PZ Records / ECHO Recordings / Your Character / FERMA / Glispy / Ovelha Trax / Cyberjit / Partyzanai Pop / Orkaite / wellfare.wav / e506 . 5ZYL selections usually varies between electro,breaks & techno but it's certainly not limited to that.

For his fourth Threads show of 2024, Hedchef is joined live and in-person for a seriously deep and diverse two hours of textural bass-driven heat by fellow Naarm resident and Wuhan native Geeeee. Follow the pair as they weave between tempos, beat patterns and moods, from sepulchral techno and EBM throughout to skittery, minimal halftime and experimental ambient cuts.
