ekøs es el principal proyecto artístico de Candela Lacourlig, en el cual la premisa es la introspección a través de la navegación y combinación de sonidos modulares, industriales y atmosféricos, baterías prominentes y ritmos tribales; una experiencia del orden hipnótico que fluctúa hacia el hard techno y hard groove dependiendo de la energía del público, siempre manteniendo la impronta mental.

Se encuentra trabajando en el underground de Buenos Aires desde 2019, desarrollándose como DJ, organizadora y recientemente A&R.
Esto le permitió presentarse en distintos ciclos del país y compartir cabina con artistas como Jonás Kopp, Josefina Muñoz, Franco Rossi, Julieta Kopp, Centeno, Micaela Escudero, Bacchvs, Zisko, entre otros.

Uno de sus más grandes intereses es la difusión de la cultura que le representa, lo cual demostró con su participación en la organización de Venus (ciclo de fiestas de techno con enfoque feminista) y en las plataformas de _Ground techno, donde además de organizar y difundir material de artistas del underground argentino y bonaerense también realizó entrevistas a DJs con mayor trayectoria, con el fin de visibilizar problemáticas comunes del ambiente de la música electrónica para abrir distintos debates. Además ha sido parte del equipo de trabajo de Imminent Records, sello de Hard techno y sonido industrial, donde se desempeñó como content y artist manager.

En 2023 dio inicio a una nueva etapa dentro de su carrera y su búsqueda por fomentar el arte, más enfocada en la producción y promoción de la música, gracias a lo cual ha sellado sus primeros remixes (Asymmetrical Records y Holliday Addicts).

Actualmente se desempeña como A&R - explorando y seleccionando nuevos artistas para el catálogo de Holliday Addicts- y es parte del róster de artistas de Urbeat, ciclo orientado al techno hipnótico.

Born in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Milena Adamis has distinguished herself in the Argentine techno scene with a unique and ever-evolving approach.

Her sound encompasses a variety of techno subgenres, ranging from hypnotic and hardgroove to breaks, Detroit, and experimental sounds. Throughout her career, she has performed across various cities in Argentina and the continent, establishing her presence as a resident DJ at the renowned Crobar club in Buenos Aires. She is also a co-founder of the Mothership Artists agency.

Milena, recognized for her skills as a DJ, has also made a name for herself as a producer, releasing several EPs and collaborating with international labels. Her music, which blends diverse styles, reflects a creative and forward-thinking vision that continues to evolve with each project.

W 2022 został również nominowany do nagrody "Odkrycie roku" w największym w Polsce plebiscycie poświęconym muzyce elektronicznej: "Munoludy 2021".

Ma na swoim koncie występy na takich festiwalach jak Las Festival oraz Summer Contrast Festival.

Wielbiciel mieszania hipnotycznego, atmosferycznego oraz sci-fi'owego techno z częstymi wypadami w stronę off-beatu. W trakcie grania jest zawsze całkowicie pochłonięty przez muzykę, która jest dla niego zarówno jedyną formą ekspresji za deckami jak i głównym sposobem komunikacji z publiką.
