M.ROACH is an award winning designer and information architect who brings a modernist design ideology to shaping music and soundscapes. 
He bought his first Techno record when he was 14 and immediately fell in love with the immediacy and sound design aspects of the genre.
M.ROACH approaches each piece of music with an imposed design brief together with specifications and limitations that drive creativity and new ways of working.
In 2021, he moved exclusively to a modular system meaning that all new productions are played live.

Kilimanjaro is M.ROACH's debut EP produced primarily in a digital setting over a 4 month period.
Kilimanjaro is a three piece EP designed to mirror the human experience and euphoria of achievement together with what follows afterwards.
Ascent represents both the enthusiasm and struggle of the climb, Kilimanjaro represents the wonder and intrigue of the summit and Decent represents the slow return to reality.
