P4PS is proud to announce the first Various Artists of the label. The title of this project is based on Laika’s one-way trip to space, the first living creature to be launched into Earth orbit.
Three excellent sci-fi artists have been carefully selected and involved. They have all released their own music on Axis Records, the legendary label of Jeff Mills.

Laima Adelaide is a producer of electronic music, focusing on deep techno and ambient. She also graduated from studies in contemporary classical composition at the State University of Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart and sound engineering at JVLMA in Riga. Founder of Predawn Records. Her musical interest lies in the physicality of sounds and rhythmic structures, how space and sound work together and can evoke a wide variety of emotional reactions.

Savage Sessions ~ 5th Anniversary ~ Inaugural Mix by Kontinum

Initially inspired by the sub-cultural scene of his hometown of Lübeck, the young artist was strongly influenced by the predominant sound of the Leipzig techno scene. Especially the infamous Institut fuer Zukunft and its hypnotic and dissociative sound significantly formed his distinctive style and quickly paved his way into the local scene.

In 2017 then, he co-founded the project Nebula and after organising their first raves the collective quickly found its way into Leipzig's club scene and managed to establish its own event series at Institut fuer Zukunft.

In addition to managing most of Nebula's musical and organisational affairs, he continues to steadily enhance his own remarkable sound which can already be listened to on his recent releases on labels such as Circular Limited, Oslated or Lowless.

We are excited to share the live recording of Sonic Wave Collective from this years Barcelona based Mostra festival.

Sonic Wave Collective is formed by Mostra's resident artists ABSIS, Cyklos and Spear with a focus on collaboration, inviting different artists to each event with improvisation as a nexus.

At Mostra 24, the guests were Puntalaberinto and Mod.1.

Expect a two hour live performance between machines with five artists pushing the boundaries of collaboration direct from Mostra location at Pati del Castell de Montjuïc.

Cyklos is Javier Sanchez, a dj & producer born and based in Barcelona. Continuously evolving his sound, Cyklos goes from deep and atmospheric to dark and rawer hypnotic techno sounds. Javier has been playing over the last years in the main clubs in Barcelona, but he also made his international debut at KHIDI in Tbilisi (Georgia). Andrea Zapata is a producer and DJ based in Lima, Perú. She develops in the deep and hypnotic techno genres as well as experimental and their subgenres. 

She always offers an unpredictable ride with a fairly linear rhythm with quirky sounds that create a hypnotic atmosphere along with very subtle changes that manage to bring the listener into a deep journey. She finds inspiration in her feelings and every time she leaves her daily life and manages to have contact with nature.  

Andrea has released an EP ‘Intuitium’ for KVLTÖ Records and has been part of various artists releases in records such as Lindeluft, Orbitando, Indefinite Pitch, Accent Records, Aurora Mistica, and Dorian.

Van Morph is a restless spirit that has been around since the early 90's as a clubber but also as a listener. In the mid 90's his love for electronic music brought him close to the desire to learn the art of DJing. With this initiation, he officially began his journey in the field of the music industry. 

He is Co-Owner / Founder of the record Labels Khoros Records, Eurynome Records and Chronos Records, continues to this day to share his musical concerns since music for him is a way of life, a choice that has determined to this day his course so far. His style changes and reshapes from time to time and that does not make him boring.

His music is characterized by dancing bass lines and psychedelic accompaniments while other times his dub mood with various percussions and melodies show the other side of him.

Cold and prickly like his origins from northern Italy, Lorenzo Papes aka P4PS makes a huge contribution to the European underground techno scene.
His tracks are constantly supported in clubs such as Tresor, Berghain, Fold and Bassiani by top artists such as DVS1, Richie Hawtin, Kaiser, Pfirter, Ben Sims to name a few.
His sound stands out for its dark and mental sonorities influenced by the underground scene and he has recently collaborated with major labels such as MindTrip, Rudiment, Subsist, Diffuse Reality, SRIE and Luminal.

Techno Empire is a project born in South of Italy with the purpose to spread techno culture across a podcast series. Trying to keep strong the flag of true techno without compromise.
