Following their contribution to our 'Florilegia' series, Thessaloniki-based duo Momery returns to the chambers of ICONYC with their first, fully-fledged EP, 'Still I Love You'. Comprised of three blistering cuts, Charis Giachanos & George Papadopoulos' new record offers a chromed, holographic picture brimming with an irrepressible sense of the modern underground at every turn. 

Wasting no bar, our latest entry makes the most out of its design by kicking off with, 'Wanna Know', as Momery set the tone in truly ICONYC fashion. The pair deploy thumping kicks and a pulsating jet-back bassline, terraforming the bedrock for an all-out assault on the senses. As seconds pass, echoing vocals dance, twisting and turning, contorting in arresting shapes while they take our breath away, cleverly intertwining with gated synths providing the ultimate pleasure release.

The energetic parade continues with 'Lose My Mind', where the Greek duo course through a similar vein, stacking a throbbing low end to create a rocking frame that ups the ante with its sharp, skitterish hi-hats that cut through the mix with consummate ease. Meanwhile, meandering effervescent bursts glide across the piece before irresistible echoing vocal flourishes take control. Big, bold, and colorful as they come, 'Lose My Mind' is the fix that scratches that late-night itch with its unmistakable club flair. 

Our last offering 'Still Love You'. Running rampant, Momery take it away with a brash bassline that thrashes across reverberating embers and enthralling vocal swells for a mesmerizing juxtaposition of forces. Leading down to a spacious break, 'Still Love You' `presents us with an uplifting 80s-laced trance lead that pulls at our souls before it all comes crashing down spectacularly for one last rapturous celebration.

https://essential-part.com/ ‘Universe’ reflects AIKON’s sonic identity through two interconnected pieces. A trajectory between gravity, movement, and spatial emotion.

The title piece, ‘Universe’, produced in collaboration with fellow Ukrainian artist Doanro, revolves around a rhythm that breathes and pulses with intent. Percussion moves in orbit, fluid yet anchored to a hypnotic melodic progression, sculpted with precision into the groove. Diffused vocal atmospheres act as celestial signals, part of a shifting constellation, subtly pulling the piece forward like memory returning through motion.

‘Tell Me’ folds inward. Its vocal, stretched in pitch, carries AIKON’s unmistakable treatment. The phrase feels native to his interior world. It loops, shifts, stays close. The track holds the signature rhythmic synth that Kyiv’s producer has become known for. Always magnetic.

Universe stays centered. Everything else moves around it. Two tracks. Same gravity.

This fortnights podcast we’ll introduce to you SASHKA WOLFF from Hamburg. Being a long-life musician he started DJing in 1996 , became part of the engineering crew of the famous music project U-96 and had his first releases under different names in Techno and House Music, worldwide. In 2002 SASHKA finished his Audio Engineering and Acoustic studies in Hamburg and graduated with Master of fine Arts at the NY-University (USA).
Alexander Wolff - that is his real name by the way - was producer and ghostwriter for a lot of remixes of world-famous artists like Chrystal Waters, Geo Da Silva and even Phil Collins. 10 years of work with his former partner L. Zimmermann lead to position own songs and productions into the Top 10 Dance and Billboard Charts, across Europe and UK. SAHSKA WOLFF therefore is a quite new project in Deep Techno Music in all kinds of colours.

The music project HOODZZ was found by Nicklas in Hamburg. The name originates from one of his favourite movies ROBIN HOOD - who obviously was hunting the bad beats and giving them to the raving community - making his sets vigorous and rich in varietty

His goal from the first glimpse of his career was to stand on the podium of the club and giving the people the right vibrations so they would smile and laught and dance with no end in sight.

Everything began in his youth, getting his fitst turntables with 15 and devoloping skills, searching for music and getting inspired espacially by Oliver Schories, Mark Knight, Bebetta, Worakls, NT ́O, Joachim Pastor und Stereoclip

REMIND is a 19 years old music producer based in the French city Colmar. He was always a huge fan of cinematic music which helped to set the tone of his musical universe.

His first EP is recently with the label "Krafted Underground" and there is also a second one coming in May.

"I actually never had a gig myself as I'm more into the producing part at now. I've been electronic making music since I was around 13 years old. It was actually my 2ND time behind the decks and I had a blast recording it, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I even played a few unreleased tracks of mine, so I'm excited to look at the reactions. I can't wait to do more podcasts because that's kind of my goal, to create a musical journey.I guess I can say that I felt excited and humbled while making the mix."
