2021 has been a year of many ups and downs, but we were pushing to end on a high note. 
Feral - of Hypnus alumni - helms our third podcast, and we are honored to have him. This hour is a uniquely crafted contribution of spaced out deepness, on a level of storytelling quality you've come to expect from the Aube Rouge head honcho.

Technokunst - a Budapest-based collective of like-minded artists - is continuing its series of podcasts, showcasing some of the best talent of the multifaceted genre we call Techno.

We have arrived to the second podcast of 2022 in the form of a studio mix recorded by Whispering Signals label owner Daniel Danieli. Originally hailing from Belgium, the Aachen-based producer has been on our radar for a very long time. His releases have a peculiar haze, a rawness that seems to take notes from Rod Modell's bag of engineering tricks, while still maintaining a strong personal identity and of course - very high production quality. This studio mix is a perfect example of the vibe Dan is going for in his sets - deep, subtle, and whispering. Staple figure of the Swedish scene for more than a decade, Jessie is a remarkable and versatile DJ with a deep musical culture and a true connection to the sound, always embracing progression and beauty in sound to provide truly hypnotising journeys. Having played with many of the best techno and electronic music artists of our scene over the years, she is a regular at clubs like Khidi in Georgia or Tresor in Berlin alongside being one of the reference artists in the Stockholm scene for many years.

A few months after our successful Saüle debut, here we go again for a second round of genre-busting, boundary-pushing sonic exploration. Embracing the Idea of techno as a means of transcending our condition, both as conscious and subconscious beings, this series offers a platform for artists to express themselves with enhanced scope and purpose. For this second installment which will take place on 5 June, RYC invites a trio of musicians who’ve been pushing the envelope of techno and electronics to a broader extent. A name synonymous with bold dynamics and cutting-edge approach, London-based producer Jin Synth will take us on a mind-bending ride down her intricate rhythmic algebra and layers of hypnotic, otherworldly sonics. A jack-of-all-trades whose hybrid, unhindered vision for music has driven to all ends of the techno spectrum, the one and only DJ Pete will join us for a hectic parade of breaks-laden, bass-heavy weapons and dubbed-out tangents. Chief explorer of lushly textured folds and immersive cinematic arcs, dub techno maestro Magna Pia will take over the decks for one of those moments on the dance floor when functional innovation fuses with multi-sensory exaltation.

This time our guest on CBDSH series is Viels from Italy with a fabulous outer space mix! Known for his superb productions on established techno labels and music selections as a DJ, this mix a showcase in deepness that fits the ethos of DSH like a glove. Drop everything else for the next 69 minutes and enjoy the ride.

Bio:
Class 1990, Viels was born in a little city outside Milan (Italy). Early in his adolescence he discovered techno culture inspired by a book called “TECHNO“ by Christian Zingales. Having released his first Ep on Initial Berlin in 2015, Viels continued his musical path appearing with a track on the well respected dutch imprint Dynamic Reflection, followed by his debut ep “Distrophism” and contributing for the 10 years anniversary of the label, among some of the most recognised artists in the scene : Donato Dozzy, Mike Parker, Shifted, Oscar Mulero, Blawan, Ness, Jeroen Search and many more.
Co-owner with Francesco della Sala of “End Of Perception”, Viels just released also on label such Warm Up, Non Series, Mord, and Semantica Records.
At the moment he is resident of the Acquario party in Milano and an active part of the organization of it.
With an increasing interest and having performed in quality clubs like Tresor, Perron, Cassette, Schron and shared the booth with the likes of Oscar Mulero, Svreca and Dasha Rush to name a few, Viels is establishing himself as part of a new wave of djs and producers approaching the contemporary techno scene.
