For the last decade, Calum Lee AKA Paleman has steadily built a powerful catalogue of releases showcasing his unique percussive and textural take on electronic music. In 2020 he launched a new alias ‘Fresnel Lens’ that showcases his film scoring work and more experimental, explorative personal works running alongside his continuing work as Paleman.

After 2021’s self-released PLMN005, 2 Fresnel Lens albums and a short film OST, Paleman turns to Florence based Sublunar Records in 2022 for his next release and longest work to date - ‘Veiled’. The release encapsulates a considered and focused writing process informed by rhythm, momentum, abstract moods and a desire for tangible visceral sound design orbiting techno, UK experimental electronic music, and early electronics.

Delsin welcomes Spanish techno icon Reeko to their Cameron series. Pushing his impressive take on techno for the past 20 years he keeps re-inventing himself, with a recent move on Berlin's Samurai Music presenting a full drum & bass EP as perfect example of this. And also here for Delsin, it's a fresh approach exploring new sides of techno. It's broken and wiggly with dreamy riffs tying it all together. Uplifting mountain valley techno combined with stepping off-beat kick drum jams. It's a flawless pack where Reeko shows he's capable of creating playful heads down techno of any kind.

This set was recorded for Arthur, and the Paris-based 
Furia collective, and is rooted in the connection we had during unique rave moments at Basilar Festival. It’s a sonic essay shaped by motion and introspection, echoing those shared memories.

Built like a quiet architecture, the mix unfolds slowly and navigating through shifting textures, subtle tension, and emotional ambiguity. I focused on the in-betweens rather than clear climaxes, moving between ethereal atmospheres and more physical, percussive energy. It tried to don’t make a showcase of tracks, but a fragile, magnetic landscape: a space to wander, to drift, or to reflect. A story of movement and restraint, and a continuation of my dialogue with electronic music beyond convention.
