This pre-WMC promo from Steve Lawler's VIVa Music sees Francisco Allendes & Aldo Cadiz turn in three tracks of innovative, forward thinking percussive house. From the full-vocal topped grooves of 'Esa Nena Quiere' to the impeccably layered 'Goodbye Black Yaris' via the skittering funk of 'Oiga Leon', the 'Esa Nena EP' is characterised by a playful, intricate and dynamic use of percussion that is seen in so many standout tracks from VIVa Music. Patio de Juegos, which translates as Playground, is a wonderful multi-genre journey through the mind of an artist who is both on top of his game, and on the rise towards the stars. Lashings of his ever-present South American heritage infuse with incredibly intricate and perfectly simple house structures that give the whole album its almost child at play ethos that is rarely found in electronic music. Future club hits such as Wanna Be, with its nod to the historical upbeat lineage of house music, and All the Girls, with its chugging rhythm, trickling piano loops and erotic vocals sit effortlessly alongside more experimental and jazz inspired tracks such as the explorative Still here. Another fine example is Sun, with its deep bass line punctuated with the sun-soaked synths and summer high-hats that export listeners away to a warm utopia. Guti produces a number of tracks with high profile artists from both within and outside the DJ fraternity a sign of his increasing popularity within electronica, and also his innate ability to collaborate with more mainstream artists. This has resulted in Guti pushing his productions in new and exciting directions.Guy Gerber features on We Shall Overcome, with its rising synths complemented by a chunky beat that will ensure it features in many sets over the coming months. Visionquests Ryan Crosson lends a hand on No Promises which has resulted in a truly driving dancefloor groove. And My Whole Thing features Anthea Marie Nzekwu whose uplifting vocals accompany a dreamy chilled out beat.Berklee College of Music graduate, and Gutis long-time friend, Grünbox features on Miraloo an example of Gutis ability to collaborate with the worlds musical elite.Notably, and perhaps the biggest coup, is that of Daniel Melingo who features on Lucio El Anarquista. The Grammy nominated tango singer and worldrenowned musician is well known for his composition work on Pedro Almodóvars films, and he brings a rich musical education to a truly sublime track. Overall Guti gives up a beautiful mixture of tracks that bridge the space between the club and the living room with consummate ease. A breathtaking first album, which clearly demarcates the live performers ability and ambition for the coming years.

Nikola Gala makes his full debut with Siren EP cleverly noding to the dark side. Nikola has a proven record of succesful releases with Rekids, Plastic City, Suara, Freerange and Ibadan and continues to excite us with his depth of production and sharp tech edge .In Siren EP he uses his own qualitative way and reaches out once more to a slightly different yet pure techno audience.
Things get started with title track Siren where echoing vocal chops announce departure. Sirens, barking chords and a perfect rolling snare build up tension, reaching progressively to the peak. Nikola utilises each element of the track to devastating effect creating a deep, evolving techno monster here.
The Timeis laced with discordant riffs and a distinct detuned stab enhancing the haunted atmospherics.
Atonal synths and a male vocal stab rasp away before he brings it all in together. A persisant ascending string melody and beautifully opened hihats on top perfect this beauty!
Gossipstarts us off with a raw low bass before a hypnotizing high piched synth stab takes action. Cricketing percussions and staccato chops indulge you to follow the rhythm while sparse closed hihats play the game bringing graciously all elements together!
In Germanium cavernous bass and marching drums set the tone while a warm tech synth fills in and out. Smooth continuous razor sharps make every techno audience to keep heads down religiously on this one!
Diode boasts beautiful horn stab manipulation while flangering, echoing notes knit a serious groove and show us Nikolas acute eye to production detail

3 years ago Patrick & Frederic started their marvelous career as Kaiserdisco and made it to one of the most interesting acts in the global underground scene. They are not only a techno or minimal act, Kaiserdisco is fascinating people all over the world cause they are producing music from lazy deep house to groovy techno, always with the right sense for the dancefloor. In the last years they remixed artists like Booka Shade, Kosheen, Extrawelt, Sebastien Légér, 2000 & One...., and had releases on legendary labels like Drumcode, 100%% Pure, Strictly Rhythm, My Best Friend, Global Underground etc.. 
And now it is time to start their own imprint.

The first KD Music release La Famillia EP comes from Kaiserdisco themselves. The A-side La Benjamina is a typical Kaiserdisco anthem. Strong beats, groovy bass and a hypnotizing melody. You can feel it in every second of this track how much fun it was to produce this piece of music. Especially the big break will make you go mad!!

Hija Major on the B-side is a heavyweight techno layout. A massive rolling bassline catches you from the first second! The hole track reminds you of a fast rolling train packed full of wood. It rattles from first to last and when it falls into the breaks you can imagine it pushes the train even more and more and more.....

German Brigante has been on our radar for a while, as we've fallen in love with his moody yet dancefloor friendly sound. Don't let the name fool you though-his music sounds like he could be from Berlin but he's based in Spain. After receiving a few demos it was hard to pick a favorite, so we signed a full EP, 'Chronicles'.

Fresh off his critically acclaimed album for Get Physical, he follows up with three brilliant tracks that feature his unique sound that we can't get enough of.

"Noose" is a monster with a rumbling low end bassline and the right touch of pads to keep it moving. 'The Brigante Chronicles' goes in a dark direction with a sustained bass that you can feel in your bones. He rounds it out with 'Samoa', which is a no frills bomb-jacking beats, rolling bass, and vocal bits that work anytime of the night.
