My guest this week is DJ, producer and promotor Paul Elemental.

Paul got his first taste of techno on the London squat party scene during the mid to late 1990’s. Gripped by the energy and passion of the scene, it wasn’t long until he traded the dance floor for the DJ booth, playing at parties by StinkyPink, Every1Sound & Manik, to name but a few.

Turning his hand to promoting, he established, and for 5 years ran the Elemental club night, with great success, at Brixton’s world famous music venue Club 414, until its closure in 2019. He is currently resident noise bringer at Collide, in Birmingham, UK.

Paul has released on Getafix Records, Project 303, and most recently on OB1's no nonsense techno label; Hardcoded, under the alias Bomb Squad.

To say this man is a veteran of the scene would be an understatement! Its a pleasure to bring to you Paul Elemental…

Soufly is one of those responsible for Hard Kapital, along with his other friends and partners LEDH and DaBeat. His set was a good surprise, with the right to recall a track by a particular friend named Leon kB who in the past made a famous hard techno track for the TechnoPride label. With a set that reflects his musical personality,the artist showed a work that made the audience happy on the Sunday of the live stream show.

Did somebody say doppelgänger? Because Melbourne DJ Traction Engine has traveled to the black lodge, and has come back haunted!

This is his first mix submission under his new alias 'Woodsman', and it is a seriously pounding mix of unrelenting hard techno, with rave and industrial undertones. This is just what the doctor ordered to help keep those quarantine blues at bay.

Here is a little note from the man himself:

This mix is inspired by the goings on of Twin Peaks, also current real world happenings(and by loose extension the Lynch verse) Both dark and delirious, sweet yet sickening. Entertaining yet all the while stuck in the "what the fuck?"
