This one felt really special, reflecting on the journey of finding myself, my family and so much love. Once upon a time, I stumbled upon a curious trap door that lead me down a deep, dark rabbit hole, and out another side was a world I could have never dreamed of. I cried for the first time ever during a set, feeling this wild silly dream actually coming true.

A year ago I promised myself that I would put a track that I made into a set, and to finish that track with my childhood best friend - a song about the humor and wonder of our youth. We've been through so much together, experiencing immense grief and deeply challenging moments. We remind each other that we still have access to that child-like joy, if we seek it out.

To everyone who's supported me along the way, given me an opportunity to play, told me what their experience of my sets were. THANK YOU.

I put track lists with timestamps on each set I release because we have the ability to connect with artists from all over the globe, to heal trauma, to laugh, to share their insights and magic. Life will be hard, but it can be a little less hard when we give each other the benefit of the doubt, apologize when necessary, and take a deep breath when something hard is happening.

Priceless Wake 'Shake

Dusk faded to darkness, the new moon set over the horizon to reveal a night sky of shining bright stars. A sea of lit up headphones floating and bobbing in the shadow of our spaceship earth. Exploring the deep, the silly, the weird.

So much gratitude to all of my Ecstatic Dance community, through it I’ve experienced so much love and growth. It’s exciting to take this next step of sharing musical movement journeys with this community.

Ecstatic Dance Campout 2019 - Night vibes

Erratic Dance is a deeply special gathering to me. I can always count on them for getting my groove on and shaking out all the energy in my body that I’m ready to let go. In the last year I’ve been able to grow so much as a DJ because of the amazing humans who continue to throw down and bring their wonderfully weird energy to the space. I miss the transcendent feeling we shared every week.
I’m still here, chasing the light and embracing the dark.
I’m crying, laughing, wallowing away.
Full of fear for what’s next and gratitude for what has become.
