Ben Kaczor and Martinou, reunite as Tarik Hensen after the release of their debut track on Appian Sounds in November 2019. Saknar Ände EP, the duo’s first full release, comes out on September 19th and Delayed is happy to premiere the A2 track. The EP showcases the synergy between two great artists, as well as their versatility and variety of sounds.
“Kondens” is a minimalistic dub techno weapon, going full throttle from the get-go, with its several mini-breakdowns ensuring that it’ll be the highlight moment of many sets when clubs reopen.
The quality of this track and EP as a whole is extremely promising, and we can’t wait to hear more from these two artists together.

В прошлом году Тимо вместе с Steffan Todorović запустил ещё один лейбл – Coymix Ltd и оба релиза с него очень хороши.

Так же Тимо заведует блогом Deeprhythms, в рамках которого существует платформа для подкастов и интервью имеющая в своем архиве почти сотню выпусков от музыкантов со всей планеты. Кайфово именно так начать год, всех с прошедшими праздниками и приятного прослушивания!

First Snippcast of the year recorded by Timo Deeprhythms from Helsinki. Timo is the owner of one of the most interesting labels from the last couple years - Echocentric Records and co-owner with Steffan Todorović at Coymix Ltd. Timo also runs his Deeprhythms blog with podcast and interview platform which has almost a hundred episodes by musicians, labelowners and djs from all over the world. Brawther, Prins Thomas, Thomas Fehlmann and Markus Suckut rework FDF on ‘The Omega Interpretations Chapter II’ for Freund Der Familie.

This June will see Leipzig, Germany’s Freund Der Familie revisit some of label founders FDF’s material for the second instalment of ‘The Omega Interpretations’, this time round widening the sonic scope to present a range of remixes from Balearic to House, Dub Techno and Ambient. Every artist has one side of the double pack green marbled vinyl, allowing them creative freedom and the maximum length to explore.

French House maestro Brawther steps up first with his ‘Underwater Mix’ of ‘Omega’, exploring jazzy breaks and hazy chords alongside ethereal synth pads and squelchy 303 lines. Norwegian Nu-Disco hero Prins Thomas steps up next with his ‘Diskomiks’ twist on ‘Das Klaster’ next, a typically funk-infused workout fuelled by organic drums, an amalagamtion of chuggy arpeggio lines and expansive atmospherics.

Thomas Fehlmann’s ‘Flowing Crimson Mix’ of ‘Ohm 1-4’ follows next, the Swiss artist offers up his signature style via drawn out, subtly nuanced textures, glitched out muted drums and pulsing low-end tones. Thomas chose to remix this track because the original features a sample from ‘Moonchild’ by King Crimson and he’s worked with guitarist of the band Robert Fripp several times over the years. Markus Suckut then wraps up the package with his remix of ‘Thyll’, a hypnotic 11 minutes fuelled by tumbling percussive delays, sweeping reverberations and a loop driven, low-slung rhythm.
