Vendex has found his way, the path of Techno, with a philosophy that envelops him in a cloak of darkness.
Influenced by the literature of Dante Alighieri in his work the Divine Comedy, as well as everything related to history, Vendex comes with the intention of creating a path to an inner journey wrapped in dark melodies, blunt and sharp bass that defy the natural , reaching supernatural sounds that touch or even reach what would be the sound of the underworld. Generating sounds that guide the Dantesque idea of ​​a trip in the underworld with the aim of reaching paradise. All this through a forceful and enveloping sound, this creating a path to the nine levels of hell, purgatory and finally reaching paradise.

Vendex is a creative producing dark magician! He already released several tracks on @ObscuurRecords, @Normative, @FalsiveRecorrds and @Novafuture just to name a few! He released on @industrialViolence aswell where @6ejou who is making his berlin debut for SoundofHell on the 29th of october is the label head.

Influenced today in his sessions by artists such as Dax J, Parallx, I Hate Models, Scalameriya, Ancient Methods, Tommy Four Seven or Setaoc Mass and many more.

Next up for the podcast series we have Cancel for you who made a 1 hour mix.

One of the most exciting additions to the industrial techno sphere is Belgian DJ and producer Cancel – a self-acclaimed techno manipulator with firm roots in the underground of hardcore.
Cancel displays a raw, straightforward and obscure shade of techno – crafted with a level of quality and complexity that defies the status quo. After the artist behind the project dedicated himself to the industrial hardcore scene for fifteen years, he felt the impulse to recalibrate his vision and delve into new forms of creation.
In 2019, Cancel set out to blur the lines between techno and hardcore by reconstructing their compositions through a lens of progression. Driven by a newfound purpose, he studied the dynamics of analog and modular synthesis and designed a system to channel these influences into his productions while keeping digital components as part of equation. It’s the hybrid approach that identifies Cancel’s distinctive sound. As he gradually became more adept at conveying a binary message, it was time to shape a full-length narrative of noise – an album that speaks to an entire culture. His debut album “Culture” got released this September on his own imprint Broken Strain & got heavily supported by artists such as Rebekah, Perc, Somniac one, Aida Arko & more.
Cancel shed’s a new light on the industrial side of techno. It’s inciting, different and diverse from start to finish and pushes the boundaries & limits of Techno. It feels rightful to conclude that Cancel’s sound print is techno manipulation in the flesh. It’s a matter of time until we find out what impact it will leave on the existing techno establishment.
