dersee is a french producer and DJ based in paris. deeply influenced by the post punk scene, 90s techno and the cinematic universe, he likes to play and bring together new-wave, garage, trance and hard techno sounds.

active since 2012, it has played through places such as la bellevilloise, le garage, dehors brut and several warehouses with bnk collective.
in 2021 he launched his own label 'initiatives-studio'
which released artists such as métaraph, 6ejou,, artisan, okkoto and many others.
his tracks are regularly supported by artists such as shlomo, alignment, airod, felicie, peligre, the brvtalist, caravel, pelin vedis, marcel dune...

We are pleased to welcome Matias Freccia, from Córdoba Argentina, and his unique sensitivity. This music has all the detail, sophistication, and depth we want to portray through Techno and references to ancient cultures on this Label. In fact, the names of the tracks come from the Quechua language, the same culture of the Peruvian Andes from where RUNAl is inspired and takes its name.

 

The EP is named after the first track 'Songo', a mixture of mysticism and sound experiments that open the doors of perception. Chhuga immediately ushers us into Matias' world, beats that cradles the soul. Gamelan is deep, a plunge into the subconscious. Hypnotic and mind games from the fourth track Eko. Takix closes the EP leaving the moods high, transporting us to distant realms with native voices and trippy melodies.

About Lau.tastic:
A devout supporter of underground techno since moving to London almost a decade ago, she began mixing in 2018 and has since become a regular on lineups across the city. With a preference for dark and industrial techno, the Spanish-raised DJ and producer draws inspirations from her experiences in the UK capital and Berlin with powerful kicks and basslines regularly woven into her sets.
