Shayda Velasco, better known as "Shyda," is a Miami based techno DJ known for her style of blending various electronic genres together such as electro/breaks with hard and acidic techno, and trance. Resulting in “ravey” and high-energy journeys throughout her sets.

With a long history of musical influence due to her family of musicians, Shyda's passion for music started when she was a kid in L.A and was constantly surrounded by it ever since. In 2008, Shyda moved to Barcelona, Spain where she was introduced to the European rave culture primarily consisting of Drum & Bass music as well as Trance, Goa, and Hardstyle. A few years later life brought her back to Miami where she worked in the night life at some of the best and most iconic clubs in the scene, where she fell even deeper into her love for electronic music.

Shyda first made her mark in the Miami scene by being the closing resident of Techno collective Ground Zero as well as being a partner in opening up an underground club that focused on techno playing every weekend as a resident, and she can still be found playing with other collectives throughout the city.

Apart from her monthly hosting and residency of the Green Room for Cisco Ferreira’s (aka The Advent) TechnoClubNet, Shyda has also made quite the impression recently after her HÖR Berlin debut in early December of 2021.

Shyda is a Miami based Techno DJ and producer known for her style of  blending various electronic genres together such as Electro/Breaks with hard and acidic Techno, and Trance, resulting  in diverse, and high-energy  journeys throughout her sets.
      Shyda first made her mark in the Miami scene by being the closing resident of Techno collective Ground Zero as well as being a partner in opening up an underground club that focused on techno playing every weekend as a resident, and she can still be found playing with other collectives throughout the city.

STRECK Resident & co-founder Alexander Lind AKA Sonic is co-founder of Gothenburg label/organiser/collective Streck as well as No Regrets and Esta Noche, running memorable raves and booking well thought out line-ups, helping to keep the Gothenburg underground scene alive.

Alexanders fast-pace techno sets are known to be playful and eclectic whilst leaning on a steady ground of dirty kicks, heavy bass-lines with a touch of his love for trance and euphoric melodies. As a producer he made his first vinyl release on his own imprint Streck.

Lady Maru is a roman now Berlin based electronic producer and post punk musician. she became  active as a noise guitarist for post punk and no wave bands whereas her dj career started some years later  djing in clubs and underground raves, always trying to combine 2 influences: art punk and techno. Her actual sound as a producer and as a dj is mostly based on hardtechno with acid , industrial and ebm influences. she  is a Gegen Berlin and Cieloterra Roma resident dj.

Analect's Summer Mix

The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from Kill The Void. The Paris based project is part of the new generation of techno artists, and Ella and Ash originally met around a short horror movie project, sharing the same passion for macabre atmospheres. While frequenting both metal and techno parties, the pair bought their first machines and Kill The Void was born. Their first EP "Cult of Tau" is signed to the UK label Dance Trax and they are invited to play their first gig in Berlin. A second EP is released on their own label VVOID Club records which they founded in 2022. 

Today we host this killer journey through the project's influences -  a Techno Punk galactic rollercoaster between mechanical violence and visceral horror where saturated synths and guitars unleash their fury. Get into this one now on our channels.
