Toulouse in the House : voici le premier épisode du grand projet de Madgee, qui s’ajoute à la récente création du label Bumper Records plus tôt cette année. Il s’agit d’une rétrospective historique de l’évolution de la House music à Toulouse, dont les épisodes sortiront deux fois par mois.

Au fil de nombreuses interviews, Madgee nous invitera à découvrir au travers d’anecdotes surprenantes, l’histoire que nous racontent divers acteurs ayant contribué à la croissance du mouvement électronique. 

Entre DJ et propriétaire de boîte de nuit, animateur radio, disquaire et grands passionnés du mouvement, de nombreux profils parleront de leur expérience, ainsi que leur influence avec ce monde encore trop méconnu des Toulousains. 

 Pour ce premier épisode, on accueille Christophe, aujourd’hui animateur radio pour l’émission Sonic Riders sur la webradio Le Bon Mix. Nous traverserons avec lui ses différentes vies, à commencer par ses performances de DJ dans la House music durant les années 80’s. Il fut l’initiateur de nombreux projets favorisant la popularisation de la musique électronique à Toulouse, devenant une figure centrale du milieu de la House toulousaine.

We are duo from Nottingham producing and djing in the genres of techno and tech house.

Lawrence Mcmahon and Isaac Reading are both from Nottingham and have studied at the creative technologies institute, which is where they both met. During their time at confetti both Isaac and Lawrence realised they had the same passion for creating electronic music such as techno and tech house. It was after realising this that they emerged together to combine both Isaac's  and  Lawrence's skills to create Tehonyx.
