But before we get to the games, Ryan Benesch was flipped from PCLC to Albany as the 1000+ point man is once again on the move. Albany gets the high-scoring lefty to help boost an offense that has struggled to score in their opening two games. We'll break it down from both team's persepctives. 

Matt Vinc has been traded once or twice in his career but he's now firmly planted as the #1 with the Buffalo Bandits. Arguably the greatest goalie in NLL history, he's just added another massive trophy to his collection.

Ryan Conwell and Thorpe sit down and discuss how he became involved in the box game as a player out of college, the importance of the box game in the US and how he started coaching women's lacrosse. Thorpe also goes into the importance of players knowing the history of the game and why it was a priority for him as the Team USA coach to teach his players about the culture and importance of lacrosse in Iroquois life.
