This one proved to be one of the most popular tracks from my Roadhouse mix last year so here it is all on it's lonesome. The original track "YOA" actually came out back in 2007 and I'd been dying to get it into a mix since then! Enjoy!

Next up is the Boogie wonderment Holy Smokes - a true loop-athon of epic proportions with 808 drums and smart synth swells to satisfy any aging Soulboy... or girl!

Mo' funk fo' yo' trunk! That's right another installment of Discofunk. Hoping to usher in some summertime vibes I've cobbled together this musical menagerie for your enjoyment. Disconica (DiscoFunk Vol 7)

As the summer draws to a close I've taken a bit of a swerve from my usual DiscoFunk vibes and gone down a Deeper and Darker road. In this black sheep of my family of mixes you've got tunage from the likes of Andre Crom, Blond:ish, Sepehr, Solomun and Audiojack amongst others. Comments, praise or critique as always greatly appreciated!

Deep & Dark

Tee-J has been throwing down his own special blend of Electro-Funk and Nu Disco since the summer of 2006 and in the last year has also been tearing up the charts with his production partner in crime Elijah Collins. Signed by Mullet Records in 2011 when head honcho Justin Winks heard their re edit of the classic Jamaica Funk titled "J-Funk" he collaborated with Elijah again to produce the groovy "I used to Feel Alright" which proceeded to storm it's way to number 1 in the Nu Disco chart on Traxsource.

2012 is set to be another funk filled year with more productions in the pipeline and collaborations with Elijah, Nist and Eric Volta are currently in the works.

"I try to incorporate a bit of everything in my mixes and my sets and the more I play out the more I learn and refine my style. I don’t like to be restricted by labels and genres though, at the end of the day it’s all just music!”
