From his fortress of solitude in Snohomish County, where artificial intelligence meets artificial angst, thisPer.exe compiles symphonies of systematic chaos that would make Squarepusher blush and Aphex Twin question his patch cables. His ghost-writing fingerprints haunt the platinum-plated algorithms of the industry's elite, while his own releases—dripping with baroque complexity and binary bile—serve as a middle finger to the left-wing industrial complex that birthed him. Through the prism of his day job in quantum computing, thisPer transmutes the cold logic of qubits into warm analog hatred, all while maintaining a peculiar reverence for Morrissey's melancholic mathematics.

Spawned in downtown Seattle's digital underbelly before self-exiling to Monroe at 21, thisPer's sonic architecture stands as a paradox wrapped in an enigma, vacuum-sealed in contradictions: a scientist who worships at the altar of New Order's synthesized spiritualism; a right-wing provocateur who genuinely adores the music of Nine Inch Nails while despising its creator's political pulpit; a classical doctor who prescribes distortion as medicine. His performances, legendary among the quantum computing cognoscenti, merge Skinny Puppy's industrial horror with algorithms complex enough to make CERN scientists weep. thisPer doesn't so much occupy the intersection of electronic music and computer science as he does tear up its crosswalk, replacing it with a non-Euclidean roundabout where Bach meets breakcore, and conservative politics crash head-first into progressive sound design. When not busy encoding quantum states or ghostwriting tomorrow's hits, he can be found in his Everett laboratory, converting cryptocurrency mining rigs into modular synthesizers, each one carefully programmed to play Morrissey covers in binary.

Since late 2021, been doing a surreal scifi/paranoid fiction/horror radio series called Samsara Junkyard: Perdition Theater. Did a variety show podcast/livestream called The Various Vortices Of Xylen Roberts from February 2019 to January 2021. In May 2021, released two double albums, the indie art rock A Shoo In For The Shut In Awards and the more experimental Essential Travel. Before that I released over a dozen other albums as Xylen Roberts and Mythshifter from 2012 to 2020 alone as well as many others before that. Most of my work is redpilled in nature with off/on post-ironic surreal fantasy elements.
