Tierney's Deli in Riverdale is a favorite among local students. It serves amazing sandwiches and is popular for breakfast, lunch and after school snacks. All of the members of staff are residents of the local community, and the service is always friendly. Since 2019, it has been owned by Sarah, a transplant from Ireland, and her friend.
