I learned a few guitar chords back in college and never went much beyond campfire tunes and small-group settings. Then I forgot the guitar for 30 years. At the beginning of 2018 my daughter got me an Ovation and I started some formal lessons over YouTube. It's too late in life to make this a career but it's a great stress-reliever from my day job. I like taking old (decades old or centuries old) tunes that have more or less been forgotten and see what they sound like when given a rhythm and couple of guitars.
