TekNeek is the combination of two already rising DJ/Producers from Manchester: Phil Astall & Gavin Hackman Aka ComplexMotion.

Already, individually, no strangers to music production Phil & Gavin decided to join forces and combine not only their individual skills but also their own styles to create what they believe to be a fresh and unique sound.

TekNeek are spending every waking hour in the studio working on tracks and intend on working and DJing HARD to achieve their overall goal of success in what is now, a hard industry to work within!

Gavin Hackman aka ComplexMotion is a Manchester based producer/DJ. Whilst playing in clubs around the North West Gavin decided to take a break from dj'ing to teach himself how to make EDM.  Gavin has now released 2 e.p's, one signed to an album "Electro Works 3" by Italian label Music Trax, and the second released shortly after signed to Amaze Me Records which gained support from Christian Varela, Anderson Noise, PERC, Pierre Jerksten, Eddie Halliwell, Misjah, Lance Blaise, Gabriel Ben, Becka, Lilonee Petra, Liz, John Karagiannis & PayLipService, Josh Love, Roman Zawondny, Ruslan Mays and more. 

Phil Astall is a DJ that has been producing for only one year and djing for two but has got an ear that is highly tuned when it comes to dance music; a natural ability to get anyone to dance, sway and go completely mental for his tunes.

Phil's DJing resume consists, to name a few, of PACHA - London (his most recent monthly residency), the famous Sankeys where he played for no other than "In Bed With Space", Area51 and 2Kinky to name but a few. There is a theme that runs through all Phil's sets whether he is in front of a large or small crowd, you will never forget the experience and energy you receive after listening to him play.

After a positive initial release of Solaris through Vinyl Pusher - Australia, Phil went on to release his second track on Stranamente Music in Italy; One You, with further tracks; The Front Line, Lip Lovin and Monoceros all signed by Stranamente and scheduled for release in the next few months.

When Phil was asked how do you feel right now after only doing this for a year and being a released artist? His answer was simply; I just hope people will like them. Phil is not a man who is in it for the position or money. He truly just wants to make people move along to his melodic madness.
