Tektryx is 43 year old Amit Ahluwalia from Delhi. An architect by profession, his moniker, TEKTRYX, is a reflection of his personal interests: Computer Games, Technology, and Puns ;)

Self taught, Tektryx started DJ’ing in 2010, being the owner / operator / co-founder of a popular BYOB concept restaurant in Gurgaon. He has also been actively involved in organizing events, gigs and underground gatherings under his event company called Triception.

Early music influences included legends such as Alan Parsons, Floyd, Blue Oyster Cult, Alice Cooper, Jethro Tull, DMB, CCR, The Who, among others. His love for all things electronic finally surfaced in his expression and choice of Music, starting from old-school Blues, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, and culminating into various genres of EDM and psytrance.

His musical journey has blessed him with opportunities to share the stage with international legends such as Ajja, Mad Maxx, Giuseppe, Atriohm, Blissargon, Fobi, U-Recken, Sonic Species, Sideform, Ocelot, Protonica, Sesto Sento, Wario, Loud, Bizarre Contact, Blastoyz, Malice in Wonderland, Fungus Funk, Sophia-X, Paul Karma, Confo, Zhannet, Terratech, Zaiklophobia, Sven Looping, Samadhi, Koxbox, Whiptounge, Highstyle, Dousk, Emok, Neuromotor, Middle Mode, Upgrade, amongst others.

He has recently been signed up as a label artist under Green Wizard Records, Macedonia.

Based in the NCR, Tektryx has played at popular clubs such as Blue Frog, LAP, i-Kandy, Privee, Kitty Su, Turquoise Cottage, and at numerous private gigs in the NCR and various venues and open-air festivals all over north India and Goa.

Owing to his open mindedness & love for all genres of music, Tektryx chooses not to limit himself to playing any one particular style of EDM, thought Morning Full-On would be his dish of choice. Equally happy playing everything from Psy-Chilll to Progressive to Dark-Psy to Full-On, Tektryx wants to share his choices in music with a huge spectrum of audience.
